I had a very great experience during my gastric bypass surgery! Dr Coats and his son very great doctors! Dr Coates was very sympathetic with me before and after surgery! I highly recommend either one of the doctors for the surgery!

Literally the most unorganized, ZERO communication, rude staff. Seriously they should be embarrassed. Negative 5 star.

Best decision I ever made! I'm 10mo out and 130lb lighter! No more medications for blood pressure, Stomach issues it anything. I feel amazing. I love my tool. Thank you Dr Coirin for changing my life and saving it. 💞

Dr. Patrick Coates is an excellent doctor and did an excellent job on my surgery. His son was working with him at the time in the office staff was outstanding! All of us who have gone to him were so happy until the new doctor came in and his son left. All their old staff left. The new staff with the exception of some I would imagine there are some nice ones Are totally in adequate. I’ve called two times and I’m three months. To reschedule for an endoscopy and sonogram. I had to cancel the first one because I had Covid. Then I got Covid again and my father passed away.I left messages for the nurse practitioner both times and never heard back. It seems I am not the only one that is not happy with the staff of this new doctor. All of us have had bad experiences and are not recommending this office for procedures anymore. Which is really sad because Dr. Coates is outstanding.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff , takes forever to be seen. I sat in the exam room 1.5 hours and was never seen. The ceo promised to see me and never showed up. Do not trust this facility with your life . They do not care about you, or your health. Ver badly managed and unorganized.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patrick Coates. He has a fantastic bedside manner and treats his patients with the utmost care, both mentally and physically I have felt cared for by his staff and him the day of my surgery. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Patrick Coates did my wls in 2015. He was very thourgh and if something didnt look right he went right back and fixed it till he was satisfied. He did this with me, I really believe if he would of not went back In to correct what he had done I would have had many complications, because he fixed what did not look right I have had no issues. Thank you Dr. Coates. Happy retirement!!!
