List of Frazier Joel Md's Reviews
Dr. Frazier may be a good Dr., but we certainly wouldn’t know. He makes no effort to talk with patient or family, walks into the patient room and only communicates to his staff. Doesn’t care to listen to patient or their family representative. Didn’t even show compassion as he was causing pain to patient. Just saying uh huh as my elderly mother in law was crying of pain. He got up set when I asked for instructions before he left the room unannounced. Heard him say to staff as he was closing the door who is that women? That says a lot. Never did he try to engage or act like he cared to explain. It’s unfortunate to have people in healthcare who are so disconnected to the process of caring for their patients. This was our second visit and both times he was rude and made no effort to talk to us.
Dr. Frazier is unprofessional and absolutely rude. He actually told my father he was ignorant for going to the hospital when his hand was swollen and with open wounds said “don’t come to the hospital until they turn black” accused him of being non compliant with appointments, which was untrue. PLEASE FO NOT USE THIS MAN. We are patients...we employ these doctors. No one has to use him. You always have a choice.
Dr. Frazier was terrific! We called him Obi Wan, the only doctor out of many that cared and tried to save my thumb. Straightforward and honest with me.
Terrible surgeon. Rude, will not anser your questions directly. Perform surgury on my hand and left it butchered and in soo much pain 2 years afterwards. Do not see this Surgeon!!
After having a bad fall while hiking, Dr. Frazier repaired my wrist and hand (torn tendon and ligament). He did an excellent job and scars were minimal. Would go back to him in an instant!
10 years later I'm still having trouble after a wrist scope performed by Dr Frazier. He barely explained anything before or after the surgery, but I was a young kid and he was confident so I went along with him. He went in for some maintenance of torn tissue, but afterwards I learned that he shaved down a lot of bone in my wrist--which a later surgeon was confounded by and said was unnecessary. My hand and wrist will never be the same. Many years later I went back to him with pain in my wrists, and he recommended an extreme surgery. It scared me into getting a second opinion, where I learned that nothing in my charts or tests could possibly show such an extreme surgery necessary--only another arthroscopic surgery could tell what was wrong since the first surgery left damage that deemed the test results useless. He's nice, but my second visit after I grew older gave me the sense that he's overconfident and in a rush. His first surgery left gigantic scars on my wrist whereas my new surgeon left tiny scars for the same procedure (though I admit I don't know how much technology improved in between). See him at your own risk. 2 stars instead of 1 only because he was nice and I'll never be able to be completely certain of how much he screwed me up.
He is very direct, upfront and won’t sugar coat it. He acts with Integrity, always helpful in my follow up care. Helps me to be very proactive in my own care. Educational at times, and more importantly down to earth. Someone I can relate too. With his 30 plus years of experience I highly recommend him for all hand to elbow medical care.
Verified patient. Long outstanding care after my surgery. He is very straight forward and direct. Speaks with integrity, helps me be proactive in my own care. Also resourceful with education towards my recovery. Highly recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr. Frazier for about a year and found he listens to me, and he is very intuitive about all my hand problems. I have never waited the average of 34 minutes reported to get in to see him. He is a problem solver and very kind.
He is the most experienced Dr at giving Xiaflex injections for Dupuytren's and is very good. He's been doing it since the beginning of the FDA studies, way before the drug was ever approved for other Drs to inject. I've had great experiences working with him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
