I’ve been in Modesto for 12 yrs now seen plenty of doctor’s for car accidents (not my fault) and illnesses and Dr Jay and staff are the best by far!! Even if your insurance isn’t accepted spending the little cost to been seen is definitely well worth it!!

All of the staff are very friendly and professional, and we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen, even with a last minute appointment.

I do not recommend! Arrogant guy that loves talking about himself. Rude and one sided. Spends the entire time telling you about his own life then listening to why you are there.

Wonderful. Michelle who makes our appts never overlaps patients so you don't have to wait very long. Kim, is a wonderful nurse and I always look forward to seeing them.

I have managed a huge staff for 25 plus years so I know a little about running a business and customer satisfaction ,so let me tell you about this office.. I would highly recommend Dr. Fuller, he truly cares about people and is a total gentleman this Doctor will listen to you and recommend the best most credible information in any area that you are inquiring about ,if I could give a 6 star I would. The staff he has Kim and Michelle are always courteous and polite definitely recommend

I made an appointment for my dad. He got in right away. Dr Fuller was very nice & very thorough. Office staff was equally nice.

We have been seeing Dr. Fuller for approx. 8 years.. When our son was born 5 years ago, we decided to continue with Dr. Fuller instead of a pediatrician so that we would all have the same doctor. We have been happy with every experience we've had. Friendly and personable staff and can be seen on a moment's notice. There haven't been any bad experiences at all in the 8 years we've been coming to Dr. Fuller's office.

He's arrogant he does not follow through he doesn't give you a report information he just send you to other doctors and doesn't tell you why he does not follow through with filling prescriptions he doesn't listen when you tell him something isn't working he read gives you the same prescription he's a waste of time.

I have been a patient for a long period of time and want people to know that Dr. Fuller in my opinion is a good re-active doctor but not a very good proactive doctor. Appears to be only concerned with the now not the future. No follow-up from doctor of office on patient condition or progress. As a matter of opinion doesn't really seem to care how you are after your visit. Dr. Fuller is a great guy but when and if you are wanting a doctor to be concerned about you for today and tomorrow, I would look elsewhere.
