Please look forward, the list of carelessness in this office is just reckless. No one here will care enough to assist you after your initial visit. The doctors oath is no longer a priority.

Dr Kyle, Office Staff, The Coffee Surgery Center, and Staff we're all highly, professional, skilled, and accommodating to all my concerns and questions.I was referred to Doctor, withchronic lower lumbar back pain.I had nothing but a positive experience with the Doctor and all his staff and I highly recommend Dr Kylie.I want to thank the Doctor and his extraordinary staff for the great service I received while in his care.

This dr.has no bed side manner. Never introduced himself, no exception of the procedure,no good bye.i had to ask his assistant,where the doctor was,when he finished?

Dr. Heron has been taking care of me for years. I have read about a lot of complaints, mainly about his staff. I will agree some of the staff are not the best. Dr. Heron and his Assistant have taken great care of me. Countless injections and visits. I highly recommend Dr. Heron, he is the best pain specialist in the area. My life has been miserable from pain, Dr. Heron has gone above and beyond any Doctor I have ever had to relieve my pain and make my life better. Highly Recommended for pain management.

Thousands of dollars and I feel worse now than when I originally went in. Doesn’t listen no bedside manner. Only interested in his ego and not my health or recovery. If you want to feel better find another doc

I recommend Dr. Heron and his staff. They are professional and kind. I trust Dr. Heron. There is a long wait for an appointment. He is a great Doctor and I don't mind waiting.

Would be a new patient, however unable to speak with the scheduler or get a call back in a reasonable amount of time. I called twice today and spoke with an answering service, who made an honest attempt to get through to the scheduler a second time, where she was on break. He up saying he would personally make sure I got a call back. Still nothing and the original call was 3 hrs ago. Red flag for me so will take my business elsewhere.
