I am a new patient. I found Dr Abbas to be very friendly as well as his staff. He was very attentive and thorough. He made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my needs. He took the time to get to know me and my husband. A lot of Doctors rush in and out leaving you feeling like you’re wasting your time and money going to see them.

Didn’t let me explain what wrong at appointment because it was to much for him. Denied medical service do to not being able to retain to much info in one appointment. He seemed disgruntled. When I told the manager they apologized and said he was very busy. Everyone is busy not just doctor Assas

For some reason he didn’t not want to listen to me as I told him my medical issues because he said it was too much for him. Denied my medical service. What kind of doctor doesn’t let you even talk. I couldn’t even tell him all my situations because of his impatience. Very disgusting way to treat a patient.

I have had these uncontrollable muscle movements for as long as I can remember. My wife, a nurse of 40+ years did some research and thinks I have something called tardive dyskinesia. In the last few years it has gotten so bad that I dare not drive. I blink and squeeze my eyes shut to the point where they are closed more often than they are open. I contacted Dr. Abbas asking for a new drug called Ingrezza. He submitted it to my insurance company and they said it needed to be pre-approved. He tried and it was denied because it's 7 thousand dollars a month. I found a program that would help pay for it and in fact it was completely free! All that needed to be done was for me to fill out a document, get it to Dr. Abbas and he was to sign it and fax it to the program. My wife works at DMC so she walked the form to his office. I waited and waited and called and called and never got the bloody meds. Found another Dr. here in Oakdale and all is good. All I can think is that he simply doesn't care!Yesterday my wife had a hip replaced. Today she has hives. This can be deadly as it can swell and close the airway. She called at noon and it is now 5:15 pm. Nothing. Again, this ass does not care!!!
