Joseph Provenzano's Online Review Report Card

This DR was beyond rude and disrespectful. My mom had to be seen by a dr and her dr was booked too far out so he was the soonest available. He hardly listened, any questions she asked he wasn’t even listening or acknowledging them. He told her any concerns she could take up with her actual dr when she goes in to see her. He made her feel stupid and like he was bothered to even be seeing her. Well isn’t that why she is at the DR now is because she is wanting to address her health concerns sooner than later?! He ordered tests for her and when she asked about them wouldn’t even address what they were for. He was walking out the door as she was still speaking to him. Absolutely ridiculous. If he isn’t willing to give patient care, maybe he shouldn’t be taking on any patients.

This man saved my life. Heart doctors said there was nothing wrong with me. All test showed I was fine. He insisted they do an angiogram. Because I wasn’t fine. It showed I had a large hole in my heart. The heart doctor said it was the biggest hole he had ever seen and very lucky I had not had a stroke or heart attack. He has been my doctor for 30 years!!

Bedside manner poor. Not very interested in answering questions. Dismissive. Abrupt. Insensitive.

Dr. Proven ani is a great Dr! He takes his time, listens to you and is very knowledgeable. He appears to really care about the well being of his patients. Would highly recommend!

Sent a message to my primary care physician (Tiffany Gee) to send an order for lab work she requested. Apparently, she was out of the office and Dr. Provenzano responded on her behalf. Abrupt reply with no greeting or closure. No impressed.

Dismissive. Abrupt.Insensitive.

Very thorough. Dr. Provenzano is very knowledgable. When done I always feel there is no better doctor for me and my family. Very personable doctor/client relationship.

Pays attention to all your needs, listens and is quick to diagnose

I had to wait 25 minutes in the waiting rm. I had to wait 25 minutes in the patients room. The dr. didn't apologize for keeping waiting. Didn't introduce himself. He read the remarks written by the staff member and started bending and pulling on my injured finger. There wasn't any discussion about my injury before he started pulling and bending. I had to point out to him that I was seeing him for an infected cut on my finger. The finger that he was bending and pulling on. He didn't know why the infection hadn't been cleared up since I was on a heavy duty anti-biotic. He gave me a bandaid and told me to see a surgeon. He didn't say good bye, just walked out. Obviously, I wouldn't give him a positive recommendation.
