I’ve been seeing Dr Cronin for a few years now. When I moved to the valley it was was hard to find a good doctor. When I went with her she was all and more just what I was looking for . Always listened and recommended the best for my health. I’m saddened that she’s retiring it will be hard to find a doctor as great as she is. Hope she enjoys being retired best of luck Dr. Cronin..

Dr. Cronin has been the best Doctor I have ever had. She truly cares and listens and is proactive on finding answers to all problems. She takes time to listen and cares about your well being. I will miss her due to her retirement coming soon, but wish her the best in this new chapter of her life. She's going to be hard to replace! :)

Dr. Cronin is actually the rudest doctor you will ever encounter. She mentions my weight every time I visit. It’s fine to address a patients risks. I’m 170 lbs. however she has stated, “how are you having a loss of appetite when you’ve gained weight?”. “You’re tired all the time? Have you lost weight? Well judging by your weight, clearly not. *laughs*”. She’s slut shamed me for not asking for my partners test results. She’s told me it’s pointless to refer me to a doctor if I’m not taking my medication. When in reality I stopped due to loss of appetite. Reported her once, but they won’t fire her because she’s tenured.

Dr CRONIN was very neurotic and anxious during my entire appointment. I couldn’t even speak. She kept bad mouthing Kiaser. Very frightening. I no longer wish to have her as my Dr.

She is extremely biased against low income or anyone with public health insurance. I was on disability and a Medi/Medi patient. She constantly referred to me as “people like you” or “you people” when referring to the fact I had Medi-Cal/Medicare and “people with YOUR insurance usually don’t get covered.” She would also constantly remind me how Sutter Gould doesn’t even accept low income public health insurance and stress how lucky I was to have been grandfathered in. I finally got tired of being talked down to and belittled. It was very obvious she saw me as only half a paycheck and wanted nothing to do with me. After a year and I half I transferred doctors.

Although the staff is really nice and friendly, I had even recommended her to a friend. In actuality, Dr. Cronin lacks people skills and is just downright mean! When I first started seeing her, she was very nice. The last 2 visits , she was horrible. One visit, I actually left in tears. She was very argumentative, denied certain things and I even had to pull up prescriptions through my pharmacy app to prove that she had indeed prescribed them. I'm definitely switching Doctors!!

I established care back in 2015 and always thought her bedside manner wasn't the best. In March 2018, I had my annual physical where I waited for an hour to see her. Instead of apologizing for the delay, I was met with rudeness, getting cut off anytime I tried to speak and eventually she had me in tears. I changed my Dr the same day. Our time is just as valuable as yours and I hope this review will help you with future patients and your professionalism because I am not giving you another chance!
