List of Marlon G. Ramilo Md's Reviews
Dr. Ramilo is really a good Cardiologist, he takes his time doesn’t make you feel like he rushing you through your appointments. He answers your questions and is to the point but, also a sense of humor.
Dr Ramilo is kind, caring, knowledgeable and he is the cardiologist for our entire family. We love Dr Ramilo and completely trust him for our cardiac health. He highly recommend him with complete confidence,to everyone we know who needs a cardiologist.
As the legal advocate for an elderly patient of Dr. Ramilo's it is my duty to manage appointments, tests, and the treatment plan. Consistently, Dr. Ramilo's phone staff ("Wendy" & "April") are the barriers to speaking with the doctor's assistant. No matter that I've spoken with the doctor's assistant and am in fact returning her call. 20 questions ensue from the gatekeepers. It is a private matter to say the least and I do not wish to reiterate the private information regarding this patient every time I return a call from this office. When I have left messages for the assistant with the phone staff, they've GIVEN THE INCORRECT MESSAGE, NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPLICITLY ASKED THEM TO GIVE. So the assistant's time is also wasted. I.e. do I need to reschedule an appt.? No, that is not at all what I needed. What I have done is call the Turlock office to leave a message for the assistant in the Modesto office. The Turlock office is somehow much more professional, understands what is needed and efficiently processes the information to the correct party. Keep this in mind when you consider this doctor's office for treatment. Appointments are simple but follow-up is horrible. UPDATE! 4 of 5 STARS! Reviews work! To my surprise, Dr. Ramilo has responded and continued to follow up regarding the issues at his office! This is really the best outcome. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews in general but must from time to time in hope that doing so will perhaps improve a business. Dr. Ramilo called me personally and thanked me for bringing these issues to his attention (I had also written a letter to him). He spoke with me for quite a while, updating me on my mother's care as well as discussing future care options. This is really outstanding. There was a third-party service responsible for processing incoming calls. This service has been contacted by the doctor's office in order to improve the communication between clients and their office.

He is the worst, unprofessional physician I had the unfortunate luck visiting. He is rude, condescending with absolutely no bed side manners. What an insult and black eye to the medical community.
Attentive, very personal and always look forward to seeing him and his smiling face. Seems to be very knowledgeable.
What a joke! This place cares nothing about the patients and his staff are extremely RUDE!
What a joke!! They don’t get back to patients requests for help. The staff are lazy and rude and put you on hold forever and you never get through. They don’t care about the patients. Don’t go here!
Dr Ramilo is, bar none, the best Doctor I've even been to. He is knowledgeable, professional, informative, kind, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. He is now treating 4 members of our family. I always feel I have his full attention and he absolutely knows what is best for my cardiac situation. He has become a friend to our family as well and I thank God we all have been blessed to have him as our Doctor. I highly recommend him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
