Just want everyone know that if you have a emergency like a absence and need a tooth pulled. This doctor does not care. I was told that they can't see me for a month . Sad.

I called with an emergency for a tooth that fell out and I couldn’t find a place that could take me in. I explained on the phone how I am in so much pain and the lady on the phone was very nice and said out of courtesy she’ll let dr. Shaw know. I got a call from him that was extremely rude saying since I’m not a patient he won’t help me, I was under the impression they did emergencies so I was just calling around to get help. I understand it’s a Saturday but I did not need a rude call from a dr that is supposed to be professional. Never calling them again.

Michael Shaw is excellent surgeon , he removed my tooth . I will go back to him when needed . I am recommending him to my family and friends

Came in to get my wisdom teeth removed and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Michael Shaw is a master of his craft and I would definitely return for any other dental work I need done. I told the man I would buy him a beer!!

Dr. Shaw and his staff were amazing. I had my wisdom teeth pulled out and everything from scheduling my first appointment to the actual day of the surgery went great. Dr. Shaw explains everything and makes sure you feel comfortable. He made sure to answer any questions I had. I would def recommend coming here.

This review is late but better late than never. I was in excruciating pain and I do not have dental insurance. I was referred to Dr. Shaw and the closest appointment they had was a week and a half away. When I spoke to Megan she said she would put me down as an emergency in case they had any cancellations. Got a call the next day to that they were able to squeeze me in, in two days. The staff was always courteous and professional. Not having insurance I was extremely nervous about what I would be billed for but they always make sure I knew exactly what everything would cost. They soothed my anxieties and when the day of the surgery came it was so quick and after I had absolutely no pain. I really adore and appreciate doctor Shaw and his staff for being honest, upfront, professional and above all kind. I would recommend this office to everyone I know. I just can't say enough how grateful I am.
