List of Nicole Belissary's Reviews
If you want a Dr that gives up on you and can’t handle the communication part of a dr and patient relationship then she is the one for you. Most uncomfortable Dr I have ever been to. Please choose wisely. She will give up on you quickly if your going through hard times and need some extra support.
Dr belissary listens to you problems. Is very kind and sweet and I think she is excellant dr.
I was recommended Dr. Nicole Belissary by my father because she is my father's primary doctor and I wanted a women doctor. When I first was telling Dr. Belissary about my symptoms she seemed to get really frustrated and she got pretty mad at me because she told me I was "confusing" her the information I was giving her. Then she had the audacity to tell me "why did you pick me as your doctor?", when she asked me that I was speechless and I did not know what to say. Dr. Belissary is the worst doctor I have ever experienced. And I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.
What a great experience.
when i first visited nicole she seemed genuinely caring. my levels were elevated and she gave me a chance to heal myself through diet and exercise. one day recently i had a sore throat and she ordered a blood test to check my thyroid and without telling me also checked my (non fasting) blood glucose and lipid panel. as you can imagine both were high so i get a call and email from her office urging me to do a followup and (put me on medications) i suffer from anxiety and immediately began having panic attacks (mind you my anxiety disorder is in my medical chart) along with my bad reaction to statin drugs. well, nicole belisorry could give a rats a$$ about any of this and since then i have brought all my levels down after seeing another doc who prescribed some antibiotics for my sore throat. i do plan on dropping her like a bad habit but i just wanted to do one more blood panel to show her i cured myself through diet and exercise but the psycho insists i make an appointment with her to go over my health issues (every sutter ghoul doctor i have ever had just orders the tests and contacts me afterwards) i had a cool doc but she left and so far bellissary's true colors appear to be that of a company man. drugs first and don't forget the co-pay. we are just $$$$ to her

What a great experience.
The absolute worst Dr. I have ever came into contact with. I came in for back pain from working and the first thing she says to me is "I don't prescribe Vicadin." Like I was some junky looking for a fix! For one I rarely go to the doctor only if something is really bothering me. Two, I don't even like taking aspirin let alone some pain killer or whatever Vicadin is. I feel like I've been traumatized because now I think that whenever I go into to see any Dr. I think that they automatically assume I am there for some pills when I never even asked for any. Even if they offer I don't want to accept because I think in their mind they are thinking that's what I came for all along.
Felt I was treated like a number instead of a patient. During a follow up I brought up a new concern and she said I would need another appt to discuss as she only had 15min for me. I walked out since she had no time for me without the help I was looking for.
Dr. Bellisary lacks bedside manner, and is one of the worse doctors I have ever dealt with at Sutter Gould medical. Obviously the board at Sutter Gould has overlooked this, or people have not reported her behavior. She is demeaning, belittled people, and seems to think her Doctorate makes her better then human beings below her. This needs to be addressed immediately, before she ruins the 110% great reputation I have come to expect from Sutter Gould

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
