List of Pamela Starks's Reviews
dr. was amazing! she was super sweet and understanding of my concerns. glad i found myself a great doctor! thank you.
If I could haven given zero stars, I would. She was rude, disrespectful and the most unprofessional physician I have ever seen in my 69 years of life. She has no bedside manner. My regular physician was booked and so I was unable to see him. I needed to be seen immediately due to a tragic family crisis. I would never recommend this physician to anyone. She seems to hate her job, which is unfortunate.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. Dr Cushenberry-Starks is extremely rude and hateful. She has the worst bedside manor and shows no compassion for her patients. She had an attitude the whole visit and seemed bothered that I was even in her office. I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I went for a second visit and was treated in the exact same manner. She is a terrible doctor and I don’t know why she is in this profession. Very cold and unfriendly. She did not listen to any of my concerns. Would not ever recommend.
Dr. Cushenberry Starks is EXTREMELY rude and hateful. She talks down to you the entire visit, she has no bedside manner and does not show compassion for her patients. She seems like she was bothered at the fact that I was even at her office for my visit. She didn’t even take the time to listen to my needs. 0/10. Do yourself a favor and find a new doctor.
My daughter went to see her a few years ago I don’t know if she was in a bad mood but she was and patient had an attitude I was in the office with her visit we almost walked out. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone
I have been seeing this doctor for quite a few years. She is always professional, willing to listen and find solutions to my needs. She cares about my health.
Awful. Very rude. I left in tears. Told me to cut the cord to breastfeeding my 15 month old. Who is she to tell me this. I went in with mastitis and she just prescribed me an antibiotic (which I expected). I did not expect her to judge me for breastfeeding my 15 month old. Wow what a disappointing experience. Do not see this rude and unsympathetic doctor!
This doctor is very rude and feels that you owe her something for wasting her time. A BI@#@ of the highest order. She has no bedside manner, very robotic and does not have time to explain what she has found. If you confront her about how rude and idiotic she is she attempts to talk down to you and cut your appointment short. You cannot be serious that this woman has an intent to help people. Why is she still working as a doctor here....she should go work at Kaiser.
Awful, awful doctor. So irresponsible. I can think of no other reason for such poor care other than utter malice and total self-absorption. I should've guessed when this old woman seemed more concerned about what heels she wore to work than about my medical issues. She immediately presumed I was a drug user or that my diagnoses were fake despite having been diagnosed and confirmed by more qualified professionals 6 years before I ever visited her. She prescribed me heart burn medication in my early 20's rather than diagnosing the cause of it despite it being a sudden occurrence. Then she took advantage of the fact that I was stuck going through her in order to get my PTSD medications refilled just to milk me for "follow-up appointments" when no appointments that we ever had EVER lasted longer than 10-15 minutes, and she had no idea what was going on. Didn't even seem to remember me or read my charts before she came in. She refused to refill my medication despite it being common knowledge that sudden disruption in my medication is highly dangerous and causes seizures and then went on vacation for weeks and refused to take calls. (You cannot refill anxiety medications through any doctor but your primary care doctor or a psychologist) Because of her irresponsibility I went through dangerous withdrawals that may have caused me permanent brain damage and ended up losing my job as a result.
Dr cushinberry takes her time to listen and makes me feel very comfortable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
