Pistel William L Do's Online Review Report Card

I have worked with Dr. Pistel for many years in the operating room as a scrub technician. I have witnessed his work in the operating room and I can tell you that he is one of the best surgeons in this county, maybe even the whole state! My wife had a total hip surgery at a young age by Dr. Pistel over 15 years ago. Since then my wife has had a better quality of life than previously before the surgery. She has played in sports, working out more, dancing, and enjoying much more things that she can do now. She’s still doing well! I don’t ever regret choosing Dr. Pistel as our doctor.

Came in for an appointment and im pretty sure we were forgotten about in the patient room

Dr. Pistel referred me to the Physical Therapy dept. downstairs. Mark is the P.T. assigned to my prescribed treatment. He and all the other staff are professional, friendly, attentive and supportive while helping me with a plan to improve my ROM and strength.

Couldn’t ask for a better doctor and staff when I had my surgery he is the best by far thank you so much Dr. pistel!!!

Dr Pistel has been my Dr.since 2014. I’ve had both knees replaced by him. Excellent. They feel like my own knees. I was able to make a full recovery at 65 years old and actually went snow skiing in the winter of 2018. Among other physical activities. Dr. Pistel is a genius ok? He is. He’s the most personable, perceptive, articulate, kind, empathetic, highly educated in all facets of life. His expertise isn’t limited to being the finest orthopedic surgeon I’ve ever experienced or heard of. I don’t know how Modesto was blessed with this angel of mercy. But I can say he is the only Orthopedic surgeon who I will allow to touch me. He listens, he understands before you complete your sentence. This Doctor could work anywhere in the world and be considered the finest. I lived in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Nobody in the medical field that I experienced in all that time came close to Dr. William Pistel. He will be replacing my hip in 2022. Not worried one bit!

Dr. William Pistel is the best orthopedic surgeon in the medical field today. I’ve had two knee replacements and am getting ready for a hip replacement. I’m excited about it. Because this Dr rocks. He’s the best. Why? Extremely perceptive and personable. Honest. No BS. My significant other had a hip replacement by this genius of a surgeon. Perfection. He is encouraging and positive. He spends as much time as you need at each appointment. If anybody reported differently, that’s on them. Because he’s with you, never in 7 years has he rushed me. I trust Dr. Pistel with my life. I cannot say that about any of my other current physicians. Or any that I’ve ever had in the past. This man is the most empathetic,kind and understanding person I’ve ever known. And he just happens to be a extraordinary surgeon. Don’t go anywhere else. At 67 years old- I know this is a fact. Love this doctor.

Dr William Pistel I’d the kindest, most caring Dr. that exists in the medical field today. There is no Dr. in this County that can match Dr.Pistel is probably the best orthopedic surgeon in the world. No joke. I won’t let another Dr. touch me. Bill Pistil can And will save your life.

He did arthroscopy one both knees within a couple years. BEST Ortho surgeon ever!!! Great pre-op care, excellent surgery and impeccable after care. Highly recommend.

Dr Pistel has done partial meniscectomies on both knees as well as carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists. Down time for knees was low as I followed his rehab program. And I DO exercise to keep from needing further intervention. No further issues with either hand. He not only LISTENS to his patients, he genuinely cares, and perhaps most importantly is an outstanding practitioner.
