I have been diabetic for 12 years and she ordered blood work and my A1C came back 6.1 and I was told it was high. Also I asked for a prescription for a libre patch because I test 4-5 times a day and was denied because she said I wasn't diabetic anymore, hmm if I was to stop my 2 prescriptions for diabetes, i'm sure my A1C would high. Just because it is under control doesn't mean i'm not diabetic, she obviously doesn't know diabetes. I don't think it's her business how I test myself and keep my diabetes under control. Also she messed up my prescription and ordered me the wrong dosage and when I called and left a message, no one got back to me, after a week I had to call again. Terrible doctor and staff.

Listens,repeats if necessary,writes it down and patient. Can’t ask for more than that

I'm going thru pain, I've tried to talk to her 3/4 I don't know, about my daughter dying I don't want anything just to talk.. Each time out, left early, ect y I just needed my doctor. Thank you for condolences card. But just needed someone you.. I stayed with u you saved my husband's life I thank you. You helped mis best way you could thank you. But you let me down, why? What did I do? I just needed to talk to you. I get I'm probably going to get kicked out but just needed you. Sorry I bothered you about my daughter dying.

Dr Modi is an excellent,highly skilled and very thorough physician.I am always very impressed by her kind and professional attention to detail.I have seen Dr Modi for several ongoing issues and she always provides excellent quality care.My whole family is very pleased to have her as our physician.I would highly recommend Dr Modi/Pinnacle Health Center to everyone.

Dr modi is awesome, great doctor, knows the problem and always has the solution. I’ve been going here for 4-5 years now. Elizabeth at front desk service is great super kind and helpful, does a great job reminding you of your appointments. Thank you Elizabeth and dr modi. I super recommend this place

Dr modi is an awesome doctor, she listens to my problems and finds the solutions, I've been seeing doctor modi for 4-5 years now. Great service as well, Elizabeth is an awesome person, she answers the phone when you call, she helps with setting appointments, follow up reminders, and much more. Thank you Elizabeth for your help. I very much recommend dr modi for any health issues. Thank you guys

i like dr pritti modi , but she does not keep a good office staff . when you call her office you get a recording that they are helping other patients . i have tried several times always get a recording . my wife needs an ok to the drug store to fill her prescription which the drug store can not get a reply . the reason for one star

Terrible Doctor, dropped a lot of her patients during the Pandemic, then had her staff lie to some of the male patients she dropped and told the to tell the male patients that it was only a women's clinic now which was a lie. Dr. Modi discriminated against several sick patients while technically still their doctor. Level of service is horrible, just another greedy doctor who only cares about finances instead of the oath she took to care for sick patients.

On August 26, 2020 I had just found out that I had contracted Ring Worm from our dog. This was just one more thing to have to deal with with everything going on in the world. I called my doctors office immediately and Elizabeth answered the phone so polite and professional. I started to tell her the ring worm issue and I started crying. I was just so done and was in full anxiety mode. Elizabeth right away said, oh know I'm so sorry that you have that. She was so caring and had so much empathy just for me. She immediately sent a message to Dr. Modi, who of course in my opinion is the best doctor. Elizabeth fixed me up and told me not to worry it will go away. Elizabeth, if you are reading this, there is know way I would have made it through the rest of that day. You are truly an amazing person and are right where you should be.
