Dr. Purnell has done both of my knees and did an awesome job. I was back in the saddle and out hiking within 12 weeks. I highly recommend him!

Terrible service no communication whatsoever I waited an hour before I was actually called before my appointment time my appointment time was 1045 I did not get called in till 1145 and after that I was I wasn’t even good service, The reception lady was not attentive to my care she had a terrible bedside manner. I was highlighted to be checked in and after the fact that she highlighted me I was still not able to speak to the doctor and multiple people were called in before me after the fact that I was highlighted to be First. I cried because of how upset I was that when event occurred I was brought into room and a medical assistant in insisted and helping me with my care but by that time my blood sugar was low and I declined her help because I already had candy to suffice why my blood sugar was low and I don’t think that is right because I was waiting for an hour and a half before I could be assisted and called in to my appointment and I’m diabetic. This isn’t the first time that I have been treated like this so I thought I would make a review

I would rate the service as a four they were helpful and quick. My appointment was at 1:45pm and I was out by 2:15. They did X-rays on my knees and PA evaluation was correct very understanding. I was pleased with my first visit.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any doctors office ever. I waited two hours to be seen by someone who wasn't the Dr. . Even when trying to schedule the follow-up appointment none of the ladies in the office would get up and come and make the appointment and the one who did had a horrible attitude. Very disappointed.

I have also tolerated the incredible insensitivity and devaluing of people's time because I truly appreciate Dr. Purnell as a person and a physician, but do not go to this office unless you are retired and have nothing but time on your hands. They are NEVER on time. The last time (today) I was told they were on time at the front desk and the told me they only had one person ahead of me. So I waited, and waited, and after 45 minutes I came outside only to see the PA, who was to see me, hamming it up the nurses as I waited. So I waited longer and finally inquired again. They said I was next. I finally got up and left. I cannot take this disrespect. Too many lies and far too much blatant disregard for the value of your time. Don't go here!

Office is in disarray. Never get back to patients promptly. Some poor practices of medicine that is not current or best for clients well-being.
