Was in and out quickly and everyone was so friendly and caring!!!

Rudely turned away despite having insurance. *Military members stay away!* I’m military and my wife is naturally covered by my insurance. During a trip to the area she got sick and we stopped here to be seen. She was denied service because we didn’t have TriCare West. Our TriCare is good world wide, however we still called to verify and we got confirmation she was good to go. Even after stating this we were turned away again, this time with attitude. Clearly this staff does not care for service members, and I can not believe we were so carelessly tossed to the wind.

Dr. would not see me . I was told to go back to ER. They gave me refund. I really don't know why. I dont know their policy on when to turn down a patient. I was having severe stomach pain. They seen me in the past and it was always a good experience with helping me. Staff was very nice and helpful. Staff is excellent and so are doctors , this is just what happened when I last visited Urgent Care so I'm not sure what to think.

I went in to urgent care this past Sunday. The wait time was approximately 2 hours. I checked in and was in & out within an hour. The staff were friendly and caring. The doctor took his time and cared about my health. I will definitely go back to Modesto urgent care.

This was my first time visiting the urgent care. The lady that checked me in was pleasant. Dr. Kyte was wondering and her staff was awesome, from the LVN to the RN. The RN helped me get undress and she checked on me through out my stay.
