These people should be locked up. Using strong arm tactics.We receive a "THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE" in the mail for services on March 31, 2021. We never did receive a bill from anyone before this.It took over an hour waiting on the telephone to speak with a representative in able to determine what they were talking about because there is absolutely no information on the notice they sent.I am forwarding this information to our Congressman.Waiting to hear BC/BS to see if the charges are legitimate.The lowest we can post is a one star or it would be lower........

This place is requiring an employee to work even though they should be home quarantined due to a family member in the home having Covid19. Things are not looking to good for him. This employee just got over covid herself. I really hope you guys get your things together ASAP. I see the stress and mental health of this employee diminishing due to the situation they are place in. They should be home until everyone in the home has been tested clear.

The worst billing company I've ever dealt with. My wife has been billed incorrectly and they are impossible to get a hold of. Tried calling 4 times with no contact, spending hours it seems on the phone on hold and going through all their automated system BS only to be disconnected. Can't reach them online, email or telephone. In the mean time they are sending me to collections! Terrible company.

SCAM!!! They mispelled my name in the address field and are sending me a bill for something I never was treated for or went to the doctor for.
