I had an absolutely amazing experience at Western Dental. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, from explaining treatment plans to walking me through payment options. The front desk staff, doctor, and technicians were all outstanding! Easily the best team I’ve experienced. I felt genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in, and they made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free, including setting up my follow-up appointments. I especially want to recognize David, he truly made my experience exceptional. Because of him and the entire team, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had a great experience at this Western Dental Lacey location ! From the front desk to the dental assistants, everyone was professional and welcoming. They were very thorough and took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, and I was seen right on time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for efficient and friendly care!

Was waiting in the lobby for well over 45minutes. My appointment was at 9am; I got there and filled out the new patient paperwork, gave it back to them and sat there the whole time waiting to be called back in pain the whole time with a hole in one of my teeth. I do not recommend going here. I tried giving no stars but it won't let me so one star it is I guess.

Please Do NOT go here for starters the receptionist acts like she hates her job, they tell you ,you need to get things done just for the money they make you wait hours when you have a scheduled appointment I waited 3 hours for my first appointment after I told them I was there waiting for 3hours if you get orthodontist work done they explain things after they've done the work they are rude they talk back and they get bothered when you ask question twice especially a lady named Nina if that was he actual name

Great experience here the staff were very friendly and comforting. My treatment wasn't painful at all whatsoever they were very gentle and careful. Definitely recommend, it was worth it!

Officially done with Western Dental. At the 11th Street office, I overheard staff talking about how nasty other patients’ teeth were. At this location, it took almost an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment

Took our son. They saw him 45 min past time of his appointment after taking in 3 people who came in after him He had lost a piece of his tooth days earlier. They told him there was nothing wrong with his tooth, that it is normal to lose parts of your tooth.
