The service at these places is terrible. We had to go three times just for a simple routine checkup: the first time we waited three hours, the second time two hours, and the third time one hour. I thought it was just the Western Dental in Turlock—which is why I switched to the one in Hatch Rd in Modesto—but apparently, they are all the same. I do not recommend them. They really are terrible. If I could, I would give them zero stars, but you can't do that here

This was my 4th extraction done at W.D. the first 3 went beautifully with no issues afterward. This time was not so great. I continued to gush blood (not seep or ooze) literally gush blood. After trying to stop the ok fo1llowing the instructions , I went to qlthe E. R. q They we¹re able to apply a topical and an hour later I was sent home with minimal oozing. I am no longer intellll

0 stars if possible had my braces here as a late teen and got them removed before i moved states.. it took them literal months to send my retainer and my teeth had already shifted back to the previous, unfixed position by the time they had the nerve to ship it. find a dentist office that actually cares!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. The place is disgusting and dirty . I wouldn’t take my dog here ! I was told to wait for paperwork to fill out , after waiting for an hour I realized they forgot , told me to wait again I was next for xray, 3 people went before me so now well over an hour after my appt I’m still just waiting . Front desk ladies never smile and they are not friendly . The doctors here are dressed so unprofessionally , one of them has a hole in half her white coat . This place Is nasty stay away !!!! Ps. All the ladies working there were Latino , seems like the Latino customers were walking in and being taken right in, something to think about . Management needs to get in there and fix this monstrosity!!
