List of Lisa Wu's Reviews
Dr. Wu was fantastic. First dental experience where the doctor wasn’t trying to rush in and out. She took her time to let me know exactly what she was going to do and let me know how to prevent the same occurrence. She’s the best. I didn’t get a lollipop though.
Dr. Wu is hands down the most professional and sweetest dentist I have ever met. She absolutely puts the patient first and takes her time to explain everything to you. She only gives you the treatment you need and doesn’t overcharge. She also has very gentle hands when she did my cleaning. If you’re looking for a dentist, she’s the only one you’ll ever need. You’re the best Dr. Wu !
Dr. Lisa Wu is a very thorough dentist. She is very empathetic. I am a baby when it comes to pain and she was very patient with me. The best dentist I have ever been to period.
Dr. Wu is amazing, i love how she takes the time to explain the treatment thoroughly, and always answers all my questions. She is also very gentle. My kids say she has a very gentle hand. I have a 8 year old and 5 year old that were terrified of going to the dentist. It was always a challenge to take them to the dentist. But she changed that, after they started going to her their fear went away. She always makes them feel comfortable. My kids love her. I will recommend her 100%!!!!
My 6 year old daughter has seen her on three separate occasions. The first two visits were fine but the third has left me furious at her lack of forthcoming communication. My daughter had seen a different dentist on the weekend (who is fantastic) but she required a follow up appointment to be scheduled for a different treatment with Dr. Wu during the week as it was a time sensitive need. Dr. Wu's work day ends shortly after my daughter's school is let out so my daughter was the last appointment of her day. Dr. Wu was clearly in a hurry to get my daughter's appointment over with and was brusque, which didn't bother me until after I realized what had happened. Me, my daughter and her dad were all told on Saturday that the appointment for Tuesday would be for a specific treatment that she needed and were all prepared for that to happen. On Tuesday, as I explained to my daughter in the room what was going to happen, Dr. Wu chimed in and corrected me and was just putting a little paste put on a couple of teeth. I'm not experienced with different dental treatments so to me it only sounded like a new treatment for what we expected to happen. As I watched her work, she treated teeth that were not the ones we were told needed any treatment at all. After about 5 minutes she said she was all done. I went to the lobby and sent my daughter's dad in the room while they finished up. When he came out with my daughter, Dr. Wu was right behind them leaving for the day. He turned and asked the dentist to explain what she had done and that we needed to still make yet another appointment to come back for the treatment we were told was to happen today. Dr. Wu then briefly and vaguely explained what she had done was a treatment that was completely different from what we had been told on Saturday and provided no additional explanation as to why my daughter received a different treatment and quickly left the office before I could ask any other questions or get clarification. It took us another three weeks for my daughter to finally get the treatment she needed - when we were initially told it needed to happen right away. It wasn't until we could speak to the other dentist (that we normally see on Saturdays) what on earth Dr. Wu had even done to my daughter, to which teeth and why it was necessary.Dr. Wu is very active in asking for Yelp reviews, but my experience is she was in too much of a hurry to leave for the day to bother with explaining what she is doing and why. I have a fundamental right to informed consent for my daughter and Dr. Wu breezed past any opportunity that would've allowed for that in my daughter's appointment. I'm also disappointed that no one in the office or the dental assistants made an attempt to discuss what was going to happen either. My daughter will absolutely NOT be seeing Dr. Wu again.
Dr. Wu is an amazing dentist. She is honest, really nice, and genuinely cares for her patient's. After taking xrays, Dr. Wu will then inspect your teeth to verify any work needed. Her work is precise and painless. She will help guide you on your way to a healthy nice smile.I've had bad experiences in the past with dentist who will milk whatever insurance you have. Not with her!I highly recommend her services, easily my favorite dentist Thanks doc!
As of the beginning of this year, My dentist is Lisa Wu. She has been very informative on the procedures to be done and gives me recommendations of other services available. You can tell how passionate she is for her work by how gentle she performs the procedures. I can't say enough good things about her. And her staff is very welcoming.
I had my appointment yesterday at 2:30 and although I was 5 minutes late, the staff were working well with me. About 5 minutes after I sat in the waiting area, I was called to go inside. When the doctor was doing the dental procedure, she was working well and had patience with me because I have a fear of needles. Dr. Wu and the staff at the dentist are very nice and work well with you.
Dr. Lisa Wu is an excellent dentist. She take her time to explain everything and asks how you are doing during every visit. She has a great personality that makes you feel at ease. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. She has a great staff as well. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.
Shes the best doc.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
