Good experience.

Its important to be able to talk to your doctor and the thing is to get them to listen. Thats all they do here is listen its friendly and professional you dont feel like cattle being rushed in and rushed out and all your needs are met.I couldnt be any more happier then to have doctor paliwal as my doctor I have battled chronic pain and I have been in and out of the hospital many many times so its important that I have a doctor that cares and Doctor pollywog cares thats hard to find good bedside manner thanks doctor David Cruz OG

Dr.Paliwaa is a good doctor BUT his staffreceptionist is horrible I have been calling for 4 days trying to reach a actual person to confirm my in person appointment for Friday I have left 4 messages and no one has called me back all I keep getting is a automated reply service to confirm or deny of please get it together

So far in the past 4 years we have been coming to this office we have Yet to meet this famous Dr Amit P. We have been seen by someone different each time and I thought retail had a high turnover the wait time is longer than the actual visit and the front office staff has such an attitude its as if they work at the White House and are guarding the POTUS. I think their Yelp page would explode if they had younger clients. Maybe thats why the customer service is lacking. Its mostly older patients whats Yelp and they are at their mercy. Mercy to schedule appointments mercy to actually have some type of healthcare provided to them. The NP is super sweet but its the process to GET to her thats annoying. Be prepared if youre doing a chemical stress test which takes about 34 hours NOBODY HAS THE WIFI PASSWORD. Yes thats right. There is WiFi but its a top secret government code. So now I AM at their mercy to get any work done while Im sitting here for 34 hours. I wonder how this will affect the stress test. As Im writing this the girls in the front are chit chatting and laughing. One is saying I just want to have a good day ok. Please just let me have a good day. My sentiments exactly. Im sure if youre nicer more professional and kinder that you would most definitely have a good day. If you want to build your love up you need to put your hate down. Update I asked the receptionist to check w their manager my karen moment if I can have the password for the WiFi or put it in my laptop.. you dont even need to tell me and the manager said NO. Awesome. Thank you all for a waste of 3 hours of my life. Im sure they would love to miss 3 hours of work I however do not have that luxury. So now I have 3 hours free to review them on every platform.

Dr Paliwal is a great Doc I’m glad I found him 3 years ago

Whether in person or by phone they are ALL great and caring. When you walk away you feel at ease.

It does not matter whether it is a phone call or inperson appointment Dr. Paliwal is always concerned and has my best interest at heart. He answers any and all questions I may have and never dismisses any of my issues.

I was really satisfied with the kind of service online and I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Paliwal.

I have been assigned to this doctor at the Pomona office and have only seen him twice. I have seen his colleague Ekta Sharma MD and she is just as bad as him. I am an RN and when I questioned or have attempted to be referred to specialists by this doctors I have to their job calling insurance for approvals. Sharma and Paliwal have no compassion for their patients. They are unethical and unprofessional. These are doctors that do their job for a paycheck and not because they are compassionate and caring. The wait time is ridiculous too even with an appointment and Sharma does not want to deal with you she will tell her staff in front office that she is booked so you will ve seen by someone else. The worst part is If you have an ER visit and have to follow up with one of these incompetent doctors they will schedule you a week out or more when your discharge instructions say to follow up with you primary in 3 days. These is the kind of patient care that you will receive if you go here. Stay away

I had my first visit with this doctor. The first thing he said to me was a a comment about my physical appearance. Very unprofessional doctor. He made me feel shamed and uncomfortable. The worst experience Ive ever had with a medical professional.
