I have been seeing Dr Loa for several years. A neighbor recommended her.Dr Loa takes her time and really cares about you. She is very thorough when examining her patients. I have sent several of my friends and also my husband to her. She is now their primary doctor. I highly recommend Dr Loa

Dr Loe is one of the Most disappointing positions that I have had to care for me. She has never physically examine me to see what is happening to my body I am very sick. And this doctor has not shown that she is interested in finding out what is happening to me. Her office staff is horrible. They do not answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they will put you on hold and you stay on hold. They do not take the correct information and relayed it to her. They say they will call you back they never called back. They are not interested in a good patient care. It’s a nightmare. When you are sick And cannot get the help you need. I feel as a patient I am not getting good patient care

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Loa has been my primary Doctor for about 5 yrs. now. She is great she takes good care of my health. I would never change Drs.

Very nice doctor. Took my 90 year old aunt in as a new patient. Doctor was polite and helpful and took time to get to know my aunt. The office staff is friendly. I would recommend Dr. Loa to anyone who asks.

Dr Loa is the best. She takes her time to listen to her patients not to mention polite trustworthy gentle and understanding. I recommend her all the time.

My mom really likes Dr. Loa. She does take time during our visits however I do have to push for tests when my mom is having issues that havent resolved with cough medicine etc. Her staff though is subpar. 3 days of phone calls and pharmacy visits to get a refill for a prescription. Test results showing additional screening required are ignored. I received a letter from radiology called the office and they cant find results. So no appt scheduled yet call tomorrow. This is not the 1st time
