List of Vizzone Jerald's Reviews
Absolutely terrible experience, I'd give ZERO stars if it was possible. My appt was with Dr. Albano, who works out of this location (Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeons of New Jersey). I was referred to Dr. Albano from the Hudson Regional Hospital ER.11.30a: The time my appointment was scheduled for.11.15a: Showed up to fill out paperwork; waiting room was very warm. 12.29p: A/C finally turned on in waiting room.12.31p: Was finally brought back to the exam room. 12.40-50p: Overheard one very loud employee (doctor?) who sounds like an C19 anti-vax regulations person (based on his conversation), and was also calling Alec Baldwin an asshole who probably shot and killed the cinematographer on purpose because, "how else would they get two live rounds in there?" (re: accidental shooting with prop gun). 12.57p: Was told, "Dr. Albano will be right in, alright". 1.00p: Apparently all exams are done with doors wide open because I hear doctors and nurses having clear conversations with patients. And the door to my exam room has been open since I was brought back 30 minutes ago. 1.13p: "I had the [C19] virus, it was just like the flu...I was on Albuterol." - same loud employee as before.1.18p: Was asked if ER referred me to Vizzone or Albano. 1.20p: Doctor finally saw me. Turns out the C19 anti-vax regulation employee was not Dr. Albano, but some other employee (it definitely wasn't Dr. Albano based on his voice).1.24p: Appt over.
This place is horrible... I waited nearly 2 hours for my appointment and then waited another 20 minutes in the exam room just for someone to show up and treat me. Upon showing up (10 minutes early by the way), I saw upwards of 10 people already in the waiting room and most had looked like they'd been there for a while I was then told it would probably be about 20-25 minutes so the nurse told us I could wait in my and wait for her to call me. About 40 minutes passed so I called again and was told 20-30 minutes longer. Long story short we called 2 more times and were stalled another hour. I don't recommend coming here if you have any sort of schedule set for that day.
This doctors office is full of rude unprofessional female employees and lazy nurses. They keep you on hold for 20min plus just to continue giving you the run around and no clear explanations on what the problem is. I know people who go to this office and receive subpar treatment from the doctors , receptionist and nurses .
I highly-HIGHLY- recommend this doctor. I had severe carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand- I could not sleep due to the pain, lost strength, could not workout/lift weights and was in constant pain. Medications and injections helped for a short time (several days at best) but the pain never went away completely and would start to intensify shortly after. After 6 months of suffering and doing P.T. and using other physiotherapeutic modalities (with very little success), I finally made the decision to get surgery with Dr. Vizzone and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thanks to him I am completely pain free and am able to lift weights, able to sleep, and to engage in normal activities of daily living. If you are suffering with carpal tunnel syndrome (or any joint related pathology) see this doctor. I can not emphasize enough how much he's helped me and how grateful I am for his work.
This office is one of the worst. They are rude and care nothing about patients

Outstanding orthopedic surgeon. Direct in his communications, an active listener and his competence is evidenced through my past evaluations and surgery.I trust him.
I called yesterday and provided my insurance information. I was glad to have the appointment scheduled the next day. However, upon arriving in the office and after spending 15min filling out the paperwork, I learned that they are out-of-network. This could have been easily conveyed on the phone the day before and save me an hour of my time and another day of pain.
This doctor is very honest & straight-forward. The staff is very on point and friendly. I am feeling so much better and I am glad I treated here.
He is not a board certified spine surgeon. He is an orthopedic surgeon. I wasted my time. I thought he was a spine surgeon. He does general orthopedics and I guess some spine because it pays well. Sad.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
