I have been waiting for an appointment with Dr. Atef Yacoub. First, the system was down they couldn't see the referral so I emailed it to Vivian, her reply was the doctor will review referral and schedule an appointment as of August third I am still waiting for an appointment. After reading the reviews I will not be seeing this doctor.

Horrible, Horrible experience!!!! My appointment was @ 11:30 am. As a new patient, I showed around 11:10am, so I can be able to provide documents / information prior to my scheduled visit. I was assessed by MD until 1:20pm

they refused to see me after they rescheduled my appointment saying I needed an authorization form which they failed to mention as they rescheduled me and the receptionist is not very helpful. need to find doctors who care

Dr. Yacoub is a great doctor, He takes his time checking and explaining everything in details, Super nice and pleasant doctor.

The receptionist is extremely rude, didnt care I needed an emergency appointment and wouldnt give me an appointment without the doctor checking my notes, something neither I, my general care or my insurance when i reported them, has ever heard of being done. And even then the lazy urologist bailed out early and wouldnt have time to check my records for a while. Yeah sure what a terrible office. If you get referred here just ask to be switched somewhere else cause this office doesnt care about people at all

Had an appointment to find out if i had to have surgery for a kidney cyst . I was nervous as it is but got more nervous (i have anxiety issues) when i heard the doctor raising his voice and cuss for whatever reason while i was waiting in a room to be seen by him . I only was here because i was referred . When i told him what i was there for he made these mocking hand gesture like oh big deal . I know cyst aren’t big deal but due to the size my doctor was concerned . I didn’t need to feel like i was wasting him sweet time . I Am glad I don’t need surgery and even more glad i never have yo return . One time visit was more than enough.

AVOID! I was denied service after having an appointment here. Please find another doctor, there have been nothing but horror stories from this guy. He is outdated and misinformed

One of the most shadiest doctors I've ever came across of. Just cares about money, not your health. Revoke this mans license!
