Ive been here three times in the last year and every time the doctor is NEVER there always get sent sonewhere else kuz he has an emergency elsewhere. Sounds like hes just late every single day theres no way every time i go in and based off other reviews that he has an emergency every single work day

I can’t remember which location I went to but I think it was this one. My toddler sliced open his eyebrow and it needed stitches but everywhere we went they kept making us wait in a room full of germs and sick people instead of keeping his open wound separate from those dangers. I came here and I told the front desk lady we had driven to several locations and he needed immediate help please and she initially told me they don’t usually do stitches on toddlers there but I pleaded and they really came through for us. Dr Allen (spelling?) himself came in on his day off with his son wearing their Sunday best and we all held down my very strong toddler while he stitched him up. He was quick and efficient and did a good job under pressure ( lots of screaming from toddler because he doesn’t like to be held down even though he wasn’t in any pain due to numbing medicine).Every time I pass one of the billboards with their picture on it I am filled with so much gratitude. Thank you so much for helping us !

I have heard this has happened more then a few times! Only one Doctor available and was not in, the lady at the front desk said go somewhere else. I Felt they just didn’t care, didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience. So I found a better urgent care.

The office was very clean, reception staff were friendly and attentive, and the doctor was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend this Dusk to Dawn Urgent Care center.

I never have a problem with them but today I drove a way to get to the office and they are closed when the sign clearly says 9am to 9pm than I call and they say oh the nurse will be there at 12pm like really why?? Cuz she feels like it? No then get back up!!! But no they wasted my time and gas no sign on the door saying sorry for the Inconvenience nothing!!! Just horrible!

Martha is the best. She made me feel really comfortable and I trusted her very much. Its not easy to gain my trust. I’ll be going back there as long as she’s there for any of my urgent care needs.

I took kid's and the Nurses are very good, Martha and Nicole are very good with the kid's. They both have very good person.
