Came to Reliant Urgent care for a drug test and physical.I signed in at 10:00am and at 2:00pm the woman at the front desk gave me paper to fill out and I asked if I would be seen still,the urgent care was closing at 3:00 pm and she said she was unsure.It was a complete waste of time and if you can avoid coming here.

Don’t go here. So many other options. Made an appointment for rapid test and they had me wait over an hour in my car in 100+ degree weather for a phone call. Never got the call. Then went to Front desk lady for status update and she did not care at all and told me to go back to my car and wait. Had to ask for manager considering I had an appointment booked for over an hour ago for a $200 rapid covid test that takes less than 30 seconds…. Once the manager came out they saw me right away and did the 30 second q tip up the nose test and I was on my way .. such a waste of time and money

Wait for more then an hour for them to tell me that wouldn’t be able to see me 5pm because of my insurance and seeing that I’m in pain wasted my time I was willing to wait but they called me just to tell that worst place to go !

Workers comp appointments are taken in before your urgent need even if they came in after you and you just keep getting out at the end of the line. Over 2 hours waiting with a 20 month old.

So I arrived at 11:30am, and after waiting until 1:30pm I was finally put in a room. The nurse tried to take my vitals and their equipment failed. The doctor finally came to see me at 2:20pm to tell me what I already know so I can get my antibiotics. All she did was look in my ear. Why the wait was so long just to look inside my ear, I don't know. But I was in here from 11:30 am - 2:25pm probably going to be longer to wait on my prescription and doctor's note.
