I waited three weeks to hear from them when Dr. Kahn could do the emergency appointment for seizure disorder, possible brain tumor. I called and his staff said October, it is July and it was requested since June. They didn't let me know about appt! Said it wasn't their job. Don't even bother with him. What a waste of a month waiting.

He did what he needed to do however He was to the point and somewhat rude. I felt like I was an inconvinience to him and I have good insurance.

Dr Kahn is the only one that would listen and sent me to the U of M. If it wasn't for him my seizures wouldn't have been under control for 11 yrs.

Waited for 23 minutes in the room, and got 5 minutes of BS. He never examined my records and tried to put me on drug addiction medicine instead of treating the neuropathy. Office girl acts brain dead, wonder what he has her on. I wouldn't spit on him if he was on fire.

I also thought Dr. Khan was very smug and arrogant. He totally misunderstood everything that I told him and when I got a summary of his evaluation of my condition he had so many mistakes in it. I actually sent him a letter with corrections and told him that I wanted that letter sent out to anyone that he sent copies of his of his evaluation. It was ridiculous how many errors and how many misunderstandings he had. One of my employees went to him later. I didn't know about it until the day she had an appointment with him. She was so mad athim.and had the same experience that I had.

He was amazed when I brought him a bag I said here this is for you open it he was surprised I spelled his name correct I went to shirts mugs and more to get the 2 things for him

Dr Khan did a EMG test on my hands and arms for pain which ended up as carpal tunnel. He was nice and made conversation while he was doing the test. He explained when he was doing, why and since the EMG itself wasn't bothering me (I could feel he was doing it but it didn't hurt) he showed me the results and then showed me what normal levels were. He did offer some things to try and ease the pain (wrist splints) but said they wouldn't do a lot of help because I was young the damage would only get worse and recommended I find a surgeon. I didn't really have any interaction with his staff, my appointment was at the hospital I only called his office when it was billed to my health insurance instead of workers comp insurance and they were nice then.
