HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was on hold 20 minutes, called back 4 times and they kept hanging up on me. Called from my daughters phone and they answered. The Dr is NEVER in. Other providers have tried reaching this Dr and have no luck reaching anybody. The providers asked who runs the front office cause it seemed as if no one knew what was going on. I called to speak to office manager and still haven’t received a call back, it’s been 3 weeks. DO NOT SIGN YOUR FAMILY UP HERE!!

Zero stars. Extremely incompetent office staff and the place is a mess. Never saw Dr. Ashok and the wait for a referral is ridiculously long. This place should be closed. They provide no real service to the community.

WORST CLINIC EVER! Visited the office last Tuesday, never met with DR ASHOK. The receptionist told me to wait for a week for the referral letter, but nothing received till today. I called both the doctor’s office and the insurance company. Ashok office told me wait for one more week, and the insurance company told me Ashoka office just place the referral. Please change the doctor if you got this guy assigned to save TIME and LIFE!

WORSE CLINIC EVER I CALLED ON A WEDNESDAY THEY SAID THEIR NOT SEEING ANYONE FACE TO FACE SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME THURSDAY FOR A PHONE VISIT AND NOTHING I CALLED AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO U PROFESSIONAL THAN SHE PROMISED THEY WOULD CALL ME FRIDAY MORNING. FRIDAY COMES 10:30 am and nothing so I call and the receptionist said hold on let me ask. She tells me we will have a tele health visit at 2:30 pm it’s right now 3:20 pm and no call from the Dr. WORSE CLINIC AND DOCTOR EVER

Blue shield has no business even working with this office nor assigning patients to them they only got a 1 star rating how in the hell are they even open the staff is super untrained & have no knowledge of what they are doing nor respect.... CHANGE YOU DOCTOR ASAP

Hands down worse experience I've ever encountered in a medical office. Came in to get a referral which normally takes no more than 3 days to process. I call a week later to see where my status was. They literally pick up the phone and hang up. Not once, but 4 times. No office should ever do that to anyone. I called my medical insurance and the receptionist was kind enough to call them directly. It wasn't until then that they process the referral. Sure enough the next day after that the referral went through. Please be aware of this practice and stay away. This is pure nonsense.

Never met Dr. Ashok because he’s never there. What kind of doctor is never there? Very unprofessional. Switched to another doctor ASAP. I would give this place zero stars. Don’t come here. Save your time.

Staff is terrible unexperienced reps don't know how to verify insurance eligibility and the front office assistant Sheryl is very rude over talks customers they do not return you're calls when they say they are. I can't believe Dr. Ashok would have someone like this working for him. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Very poor service!!

I am very unhappy with this doctors office due to bad staff, become they called me and cancel my appointment when my sugar was very high And I really needed to be seen by Leah She refused to see me I don't have any sugar medicine or high blood pressure for three months and she refused to see me
