First time here quick and friendly.staff is great April Eddie and xray tech Ronnie very awesome workers make you feel at home will come back here if need and a clean facility.im here today 7/15/22 girl at desk so nice and helpful also Eddie the best.thank you all again.

I apologize to the staff for wasting their time having a medical emergency. Because based on their attitude, they're being forced to treat patients when all they want to do is go home.

Saw the low reviews and made me feel iffy about coming here, but it actually was very pleasant and I’ll be coming back here again!I waited maybe 5-10mins to see a doctor, all the staff were very nice and they got me in and out quickly and efficiently. **Also they accept MediCal, for those who are curious**

First of all I'm going to start with How clean theTorrance urgent care completely clean not one piece of trash on the floorThere was absolutely no line what so ever  I was helped immediately and greeted by each and every staff memberVery nice and friendly I had to get a few test done for 4 kids plus my self the paper work was fast to fill out by the way I was a walk in and was seen like thatI just wanna take the time out to thank  a few people that help us out today Ronnie and the staffThank u guys

Came here for Covid PCR test that is flight approved. Ronnie super cool and great with my kids. Thanks for all you do!

The Worst place to come, supposedly it's "Urgent Care" and they make you wait for Hour's and they just come to the room for two minutes and tell you that you have to see your Primary Doctor.This is Ridiculous Foreals!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! The provider here was the worst I'd ever seen in my life. She hardly listened to me and didn't allow me to get a single word in. I thought I had been pranked. On top of that, she wanted to prescribe me medications I DID NOT NEED and could have had dire consequences that someone who isn't in healthcare could have missed! LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!! IF YOU'RE OVERWORKED OR UNDERSTAFFED, STOP TAKING IT OUT ON YOUR PATIENTS! This place was a legit joke!

No one answer calls.Waiting for 3 hours !They don't respect patients. Janitor cacuums at daytime and The TV is too loud, both make the waiting area is very noisy and patients feel worse!

If I could give ZERO I would. THE DRS ONLY CARE TO MAKE A PROFIT!!! They seriously did not care to listen to any of my symptoms I said I had & I had been trying to come to this urgent care for a couple days to JUST get a prescription I already knew what I had. And then I go and the Dr did not care and was rushing out of the room to not listen to me. She kept trying to make a profit from me. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL PUT THOUGHTS INTO YOUR HEAD IN ORDER TO TRY & MAKE YOU PAY FOR EXTRA TESTS! I had never had a medical place treat me this poorly. All attitudes. Never again will come here in my life.

I've never been lied to or yelled at by a doctor until I went here for a workers compensation injury. If you're in the same situation, check your MPN list and get another doctor as fast as you can. The PT dept, however, is quite competent. It's too bad they're saddled with those doctors.Edit: it took over 8 months to correct the misdiagnosis of the doctors here at Reliant. It turns out that I needed corrective surgery, something the doctors at Reliant were trying very hard to avoid. They are insurance company pawns. Avoid this place if you can.
