I had my appointment 8/18/16 @ 3pm. It's 3:30pm I asked the male MA if my son was next because I had my appointment at 3pm he said yes have a seat... So I did and I am still here waiting sucks when u make an appointment and no one tells u what the hell is going on.. 3:36pm May 2017 Called 3 months ago to make a physical appointment for my 2 kids done may 2017. My daugther is sick called to make an app and NOTHING!! I just called my insurance best thing to do is change pcp I am over this unnecessary stress many doctors in the world I do sure they won't miss us. The receptionist in my opinion should find a job where patients like rude receptionist.

I had my appointment 81816 3pm. Its 330pm I asked the male MA if my son was next because I had my appointment at 3pm he said yes have a seat... He didn’t seem like the type of doctor with whom one can communicate. He talks with an eerie tone that betrays his aloof detachment, boredom, & hints of superiority complex. The doctor’s office should be that one place where one can ask dumb questions guilt-free & have our fears assuaged with empathy and compassion. Otherwise, what’s the point of that annual physical exam the medical industry always pushes on us? He bragged that as a stoic, he goes to work with a fever and cold. Health hazard

Had severe pain in my upper back without an appointment he was able to see me and prescribed medicine for my back pain and with no side effects the medicine took care of my back pain.

Called this office mid September for an appointment and the rude receptionist informed me that I must wait and call back October 1st to make an appointment. I then call back in October and another (maybe the same) receptionist rudely tells me that the doctor that I am assigned to is not accepting new patients. This is very poor service for people who actually want to see a doctor but can't. I don't recommend even attempting to visit this doctor's office.
