Don’t waste your time. Her front desk staff is incompetent. They couldn’t answer basic questions. Doctor was completely unhelpful and wasted my time. Will be letting my insurance company know. Don’t bother.

This practice is very unprofessional. I needed a consult and scheduled an appointment which I waited 2 months for. 2 days before my appointment I was told they needed to cancel my appointment and could not reschedule me for another 3 or so months. I understands doctors sometimes need to reschedule but when it's their fault they usually reschedule within a reasonable time frame. Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this practice.

Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Penciu are amazing. They are so sweet and caring. They are truly dedicated to there patients. They make them self available for questions and take the time to explain. They have taken excellent care of my mom. The only thing I don't understand is how they can allow there montebello office to have such horrible staff. They never answer the phones. They have no idea what they are doing half the time. Every time we have gone into the office the staff is on there phones. They are nor nice or caring when most of the patients have serious heart conditions like my mom. They make the doctors look bad. The doctors always have to clean there mistakes. Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Penciu are heaven sent. I would change offices stat if it was not for there incredible knowledge and kind heart for there patients. Thank you so mu n for all you do. Get new staff.

I would recommend them to anyone my dr Soha ahmad there was great while in the hospital stressing out big time dr Ahmad came by and check on me she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable
