I have been given excellent care by Dr.Scott. She has given me great service and follow up. Her staff, Courtney in particular treats me like a member of family. I also appreciate the front office folks for their kindness. Cheyenne is one of those gems. Thank you one and all for the wonderful care!

Good day! I really like the facility and doctors and staff are wonderful,but the prices!!!!! For 15 min with specialist- more than 1000$,No surgery,for EKG- another 200$.If you in the bliss clouds with money,go ahead,if not....there are a lot of very good doctors in town.

It’s so wonderful that UCLA has medical offices in Santa Barbara now! Clean, new facility. Definitely recommend!

The automated voice on the machine says, "UCLA strives to provide the best patient service" yet there's no receptionist to pick up a phone call to answer a simple question. You wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to a real human, the call gets dropped, so you call back and wait another 20 mins. No answer. No option to leave a voicemail. Besides having a crumby doctor, this is definitely another reason to switch back to Sansum Clinic.

This place is way overpriced, my daughter went there for a sore throat and they did a covid test on her and the doctor spent at the most 10 mins with her throughout her visit and we got charged over $900, I still can not believe it. I called before going in and told them she did not have insurance and and wanted to get a ball park range on fees for a sore throat. I called urgent care, medcenter and Zugan health and got prices from $126-$200 and called UCLA the receptionist stated it was about the same and they did not have a wait so we went there ,after being there about 40 mins the bill was $600 with a 30% discount if paid in full, which we did and I regret going there and paying them for nothing. Please shop around and if you are a working student/parent do not go there.
