Rude they don’t communicate with people like they should. My mother inlaw was transferred to that hospital by another hospital and they put her with the COVID19 patients without notifying the family members and didn’t give any information but that she was getting the 24 hr test because the rapid test was not reliable.My sister in law was notified this morning that her mother was with the COVID19 because she didn’t have profe of vaccinations. Which they didn’t bother to ask the family members if she had the Covid19 vaccines. Which she got earlier this year. Now she has gotten worse due to not providing the needs she needed which weren’t COVID19 related.

El doctor Richard Zapanta es en excelente ser humano se preocupa por sus pasientes es atento con sus pasientes y te da tu tiempo como pasiente es amable y respetoso el me a operado 4 veces y para mi es el mejor ortopedico recomendable 100%

Very bad and unorganized the wait takes about 1.5 2 hours. The staff are super rude. Someone today have left the front unattended outside where tables are against their windows. I unfortunately witnessed a staff member with shoulder length hair scream at a patient who just had opened the door to exit. She also pushed away another patient aside prior to this incident. She just walked away when we told her she shouldnt be treating patients like that. When we told another staff member she brushed it off and said sorry. This will be my last visit here.Disgusting.

Very bad hospital... Do not come here ... Lousy service ... They do tend to their patient well.... Theyre dirty have blood splatter on the floor and no one has came to cleaned it AND IT HAS BEEN 2 HOURS ... THIS HOSPITAL IS VERY NASTY THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Seriously the worse of the worse . Took my bf in due to not being able to breathe instead of putting him in right away its been more than an hour and were still outside waiting. To be passed in

If I could give a ZERO I would. For starter the didnt give me enough anesthesia. It was horrible I could feel the excruciating pain. They didnt even stop or put more anesthesia. I wasnt even fully asleep I could hear the nurses and doctors gossiping while doing the painful surgery. And finally after the tormenting surgery the doctor came up to me with a smile and said Next time Ill put more anesthesia.

I only gave them 1 star cause I had to to write a review In actuality its a Big Fat Zero Ive worked in a hospital setting for over 30 years . Ive never seen so much unprofessional and rude people in all my days in this type of setting The only reason we ended up here was because paramedics had to bring us here My heart sank when I was told this was the destination cause this isnt my first rodeo with this place If you value your loved ones dont I repeat dont come here

I have SO MANY complaints about this hospital. Starting with the staff that takes care of the paperwork the bald headed male nurse that takes your vitals and a few other nurses. They are extremely unprofessional and insensitive. If it wasn’t for another patient that let me go first they would of just left me out there for hours the way they left that man. I couldn’t move my body was completely locked and I was in so much pain and they took me like a joke. We asked to speak to a supervisor and they were able to get a doctor to check me out if it wasn’t for the supervisor these nurses wouldn’t have done there job.

My mom had surgery here the staff nurses doctors down to the janitors everyone is amazing there...Im seriously happy how they treated my mother ❤️
