I cannot recommend this office. I was told that a white line inside my cheek near my molars was dangerous, could become cancer, and that my molars needed to be removed. A different dentist in New York later told me the area was not a serious issue. Based on the appearance and my follow-up research, it was consistent with linea alba, a common benign friction line from cheek biting or teeth contact. I find it deeply troubling that I was pushed toward irreversible molar extractions without a convincing explanation or a conservative alternative. If I had followed that advice, I could have lost healthy molars and faced enormous costs for implants or other replacement treatment. In my opinion, this felt like an excessive and fear-based recommendation. Please get a second opinion before accepting any irreversible dental treatment here.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was a kid and I always have a positive experience every time I come. It’s a friendly and professional environment and I like that I don’t have to wait long. The docs are honest and explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. Also I love their new air purifiers, it puts my mind at ease!

I love coming to this office for my dental work! The office is very modern looking and always very clean. I’ll admit I never loved going to the dentist as a kid, but ever since I started coming to Chien & Li my perspective of the dentist changed. I really love coming here and honestly always have a painless appointment which I absolutely love. Also I’ve come here recently and I felt like it was very safe. I love how careful they are with the COVID protocol and I feel very protected here!

First off, they have very gentle hands here, and I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore. I used to dread going to my old dentist but it's not the case here. In fact, I look forward to my appointments here where I get my teeth cleaned so beautifully. They have excellent dental care and a very clean office, and best of all the prices are extremely reasonable. Can't wait to come back in another 6 months! Yay!
