Dr. Quan is a fantastic dentist! She is very friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. She works quickly and efficiently, and remembers small details about work done on you, even if your previous visit was many months ago. There are a couple of parking spots behind the office, that have always been available every time I've went.

Have been terrified of dentists my entire life & Clear Comfort Dental not only go out of their way to make me feel at ease, they do the best job meeting my needs. SCAMS ALAERT Similar to all the other 1 star comments, my experience was very similar , got charged when I wasn’t supposed to be charged. They are clearly double dipping /charging patients and their insurance at the same time. Their front desk staff are in it to scam patients too. I took it to my insurance and got a full refund. $700 for fillings and cleaning. STAY AWAY.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Clear Comfort Dental in Monterey Park! My dental hygienist, Teresa, was absolutely wonderful. She struck the perfect balance: incredibly kind, warm, and professional, with exceptionally gentle hands. She has a fantastic sense of humor and put me completely at ease by joking around, making what can sometimes be an anxious visit actually enjoyable. But when it was time to get down to business? Pure focus and efficiency! Teresa was meticulous, gentle, and swift, clearly prioritizing both the quality of the cleaning and my time. She got me out of that chair ASAP without ever feeling rushed or compromising on care. This visit truly highlighted what I value most: an efficient team that genuinely listens to their patients and deeply cares about their comfort. Teresa and Clear Comfort Dental exemplify this. Highly recommend, especially if you get Teresa!

I went to Dr. Quan as a new HMO patient because of the great Yelp reviews. She just examined my teeth (x-rays) and suggested a deep clean. Dr. Quan said it would cost me $500 and warned me that my insurance won't cover the expense. I learned my lesson well from other shady dentists from San Gabriel Valley that they would bill my insurance and asked me to pay the out-of-pocket costs (double-dip). Of course, I didn't give my credit card to the front desk receptionist for $500 deep clean. A month later, I checked the claims on my insurance. She did bill for general cleaning which never happened on my first and only visit. Very dishonesty and shady business practices.

Shady shady shady. Tried to charge $80 per filling for medication on top of filling. Double check pre treatment estimates with insurance. This place is ridiculous. I want to add that upon visiting other dental offices I was able to get the same work done for $288 versus the over $1000 quoted at Clear Comfort Dental.

They charged for procedures that they did not mention to you over the phone or get approved by you or insurance prior to the service. Integrity is questionable!

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. Gabriel explained what she was going to do, looked at my molar, and made her evaluation and suggestions. The office manager explained what the cost would be of my crown replacement, and they were helpful in coordinating getting the preauthorization and booking the appointments. The office is well-run and has friendly and professional staff who genuinely care.
