We've been seeing Dr. shay and his team for almost 16 years and followed him from Montebello to his new location in Monterey Park! There's no other dentist out there that compares to him. He's compassionate, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He would take the time to explain everything you need to know about your teeth and show you in detail with his state of the art technology. He won't ever make you feel rushed or like just another patient and his nurses, Sally, Patty, Liz, Jessie, treat you like family. Definitely 5 star review for Dr. Shay and his staff!

Dr.Shay is the best the staff is great manger and Abby in the front are the wonderful you can see the love and dedication the have for their job they treat everyone as family and your concerns are valid the best place for your dental needs 100/100 very happy and pleased I found them.

Loved my experience here at Dr. Shay’s office! As a new patient and someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years, I was definitely nervous but everyone at the office is so nice and friendly. From the check-in process online to the first visit, I definitely felt comfortable. I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted and it was a 10/10 experience. Absolutely no complaints, everyone in the office, Liz and Dr. Shay made sure I was going to be okay and it took less than 2 minutes to remove the tooth. Thank you Dr. Shay and staff! See you guys soon!!!

Five stars isn't enough for the experience I had at this office! The office is spotlessly clean and what really set the tone was the amazing music—it’s rare to find a dental office with such a great playlist! The entire staff is absolutely incredible, especially Ang & Abby They are professional, welcoming, and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. You can tell the team genuinely enjoys working together, and that positive energy is contagious. As for the Doctor—simply awesome. They are patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. If you’re looking for a dental home that combines high-end care with a great atmosphere, this is it!

Well, what can I say about my favorite and cool Dentist and his staff. They are very professional, clean, funny, and they always find time for whoever comes in the office and talk, even if it’s not about a dental issue. I have been with Dr. Shay about 10 years now and he always have a smile on his face when ever he greats, and u feel good. I think between us we have a great friendship, and we can talk about any topic. A great place to be and the staff awesome. Lots of love to all, keep up the good work. Blessings..

Dr. Shay is a legend. Incredibly kind, patient, and skilled. I needed a complicated extraction and felt incredibly trusting in his hands. His experience and judgement really showed during the extraction and his follow-up was impeccable. The office staff from administrative to clinicians were all amazing and kind. This is a high-functioning and humane business. Highly recommend and will be going back for all future dental needs.
