East West Dental's Online Review Report Card

简直无语了！！！这里的牙医说我有两颗蛀牙，补牙大概300多！我们因为搬家所以没有补。到了新家附近我又找了一个新的牙医，我说我有两颗蛀牙，但医生仔细检查后根本没有蛀牙！！！

Highly recommend this place to everyone.All doctors and staff are professional and friendly.It was my first visiting,I did not feel nervous at all because they explained everything with patient.Busy clinic but clean area and fast service as well.

My name is Christian, and I was once deeply afraid of going to the dentist. East West Dental changed that for me. It had been many, many years since I stepped foot in a Dentist’s office this year. It wasn’t because a Dentist had ever wronged me or anything. In fact, Dentists and their staff have always been kind to me growing up; anyone who cared about my oral health had always been kind in meeting my needs. My childhood/adolescent experience was the typical one you would expect: being told by your parents to brush your teeth, rinse well, and never forget to floss daily. My parents took time out of their busy schedule to take me to get my teeth clean, to get fillings when I needed them, to get wisdom teeth removed, to get braces when it was recommended, etc. (All done at East West Dental, by the way!) But I would be lying if I said I wasn’t scared to sit in a chair while others worked on my mouth. The sounds of a drill, the feeling of water and air being pushed in my mouth, my teeth being worked on—I was afraid of it all. It was a fear I had to get over if I hoped to maintain good oral health. This year, after 10+ years of not going to the dentist, I decided it was time again. I am so glad that I did, but not just because I am taking better care of my oral health, no. I really must thank East West Dental staff for making it easy to come back. Dr. Irvin, who had taken care of my oral health growing up, continues to be a kind soul. He is exceptional at taking good time to understand one’s needs and never rushing the process. He is courteous and sensitive to other people’s emotions, questions, and overall concerns. The staff continue to be friendly, welcoming, warm, and inviting. Everyone from the front desk (shoutout to Z who helped me get my appointment when coming back!) and beyond are experts in their field. They answer every question with the upmost professionalism, which makes every conversation one I look forward to having. Thank you to all (Dr. Irvin, Sam, Wenky, Shaun, and anyone else I’ve missed). You've made a positive impact on my journey to staying healthy. I look forward to coming back.

上星期五我从另一家牙医出来，非常失望和无助，细节就不多说了。 我中午尝试着打了许牙医电话，前台小姑娘和医生很快理解了我的问题，我下午过去，照了个片子，医生细心的帮我检查了牙齿，找出里面座牙最尖的部位帮我磨平了，这样就不会那么刺着舌头了。感觉舒服了许多，人也没有那么焦躁了，因为医生，前台和医院所有的态度和工作让人感觉很安心很专业，非常赞！👍 以后有需要还来这家！

I have been coming to this place for my dental cleaning and check ups for at least 3 years now. Dr Irvin and his colleagues are professional, friendly, and experienced. Dr Irvin in particular has always taken the time to explain the issues he sees with my teeth or gums. Recently, during a regular teeth cleaning, he went above and beyond by scraping leftover Invisalign gunk that my previous dentists neglected to clean. This is a wonderful dental practice and I highly recommend to it to anyone.

I’ve been going here for 10 years! Love the service, the doctors and staff are so kind. They are always very caring about my dental health. Got my braces, fillings, and retainers here!

I’m a new client at East West Dental and I’ve had a great experience so far! On my first visit Dr.Irving did a really great job clearly communicating the details of my dental assessment. This was the first time I felt I had a clear understanding of what was going on and what the plan would be moving forward. Then, Gabby and Dr.Han proceeded with my deep cleaning. Dr.Han was very gentle and did an excellent job. Gabby was a great assistant too as she made sure I was comfortable and clean during the whole procedure. I went back today for the other half of my deep cleaning and the hygienist Ileen (I hope I got your name correct) did a really great job too! She was very kind and gentle and did an excellent job with my cleaning. Overall, I had a great experience here and I look forward to coming back to stay on track with my oral health!

East West Dental has always given me great care. Dr. Irvin is extremely diligent, caring, and listens to his patients’ every concern with professional insight and offers solid solutions with realistic outlooks. The rest of the staff are super friendly and responsive! The East West Dental team has been managing my Invisalign treatment, and I wanted to wait to write this review until I was sure we were finished with all the adjustments. Short version: I am so happy with how my Invisalign treatment turned out! I was put on a 33-tray plan, which seemed daunting at first, but Dr. Irvin and his team were there to offer guidance for each step of the way. I was advised in advance that if the initial treatment plan didn’t set my teeth just right, I had the option of continuing with additional adjustments. Now that I am several weeks into my final retainer, I can confidently say that Dr. Irvin nailed it on the first try with getting my teeth exactly where I need them to be. I’m happy with my new smile, and thrilled that my teeth have been so well taken care of all these years.
