Very bad customer service, it takes many calls to make an appointment. even the girl picks up the phone, she doesn't resolve the problem, telling the patient "call you back", but never! The surgery doctor is waiting for more info. ......hope you NEVER get sick

This is a horrible practice. They continually overbook appointments and then lie about why they're running behind that day. I've had to wait between 1.5 and 3 hours past my appointment time. Every other patient there has said the exact same thing. They are completely unapologetic and unprofessional. Stay away.

Excelente servicio lei todas las reseñas y venia con miedo era la primera consulta de mi hijo en esta clinica pero el personal es muy agil y amable hay muchos traductores no teniamos cita y aun asi tiempo de espera no fue mas de 2 horas excelente servicio yo soy muy excigente como madre para el cuidado de mis hijos y me parecio excelente....👌

Dr. Yip saved my life. He was attentive and caring as I dealt with prostate issues that almost took my life. Today I enjoy a quality of life that I thought I would not. My sex life is back on track and my bladder issues are now non existent. Yes the waits are long but the staff are first rate and their efforts to help everyone is much appreciated. Can not recommend Dr. Yip and his team any more than to say thank God he was the there when all hope was gone. Love you Dr. Yip !
