Other than some of the operators upfront who are friendly and helpful I have been having an extremely hard time dealing with the “doctors” here in this clinic. A previous doctor who now has left misdiagnosed my daughter by intentionally or unintentionally misguiding me in regard to symptoms of allergy and cold. I am a trained and licensed pharmacist. Another doctor gave a therapeutic duplication in another occasion by prescribing two antihistamines to my daughter at the same time. Yet another doctor intentionally left my daughter’s prescription my her desk and claimed that she already had given it to me. The saddest part is that this clinic like many other Chinese clinics here associate with Sun Clinical Laboratories which have been consistently and systematically giving false negative results especially in regard to my daughters’ treatments. These suboptimal and under qualified “healthcare facilities” should be investigated and for the least part retrained. Sun Clinical Laboratories’ persistently false negatives have again and again jeopardized my children’s health. Healthcare professionals should at least do not harm. Yet I consistently see such intentional harm patterns here. I came from Boston and am licensed as a pharmacist. I was trained in two principle Harvard affiliated hospitals there Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital which currently rank 2 and 13. Pharmacy schools and medical schools essentially teach the same basic science courses. I feel like I have fallen into a third world country after coming to LA. Massachusetts is number one in education and number two in healthcare. Harvard affiliated hospitals abound and the healthcare there is excellent with compassionate and responsible healthcare professionals. Healthcare in LA thus far has been consistently suboptimal along with overly arrogant and bad attitude doctors whose motto seems to be “attitude and harm”. And not just me but I have heard my friends here giving similar testimonies of doctors misdiagnosing and misprescribing. It seems this clinic along with Sun Clinical Laboratories are out there to destroy the health of pediatric patients. My husband insists to come here although I wanted to transfer out long ago. We cannot live in a place with poor healthcare. Boston vs. LA is like heaven vs. hell. Good luck living here but I mustmove back. My pharmacy expertise is respected in Boston where my professors and pharmacy friends know me. Here my expertise becomes the tool to bring out the arrogance and selfdefense of these “doctors”. Under qualified doctors should not be practicing medicine. Try going for medical clinics with doctors trained in the reputable medical schools in the US instead of using doctors who reciprocate their licenses by just taking an exam here while their training is from outside of the US. 妙手仁心 expertise and compassion should be the standard of medical practice. Unfortunately I see none in either this clinic or the Sun Clinical Laboratories they keep on using. Attitude and suboptimal training seem to be the norm which their arrogance of being “doctors” want to defend.

Its my first time taking my sister to this clinic and I called to set up appointment but the lady speaking to me on the phone was really rude and not friendly at all. So I decided not taking her there again

Dr. Yu was the first to see my child when she was born at Garfield Medical Center. He has been her only pediatrician since. The office if very comfortable and Dr. Yu knows what he's talking about. I had an incident where my daughter, now six, bumped her head while play and Dr. Yu called within 10 minutes after I left him a message after hours. Very professional and very comforting.
