Terrible. Came in with my grandpa for an appointment and the room is filled with patients waiting. There are people waiting for over an hour and the doctor wasn’t even here yet. How rude to have all these older people for that long. Don’t come unless you HAVE to.

Like others mentioned, the staffs (ladies) are very rude, meant, and unprofessional.  Treating patience like - oh we don't care, that is your problems.  The 0 stars should be available here rather than 1 so reviewers have the option to use it, I am sure it would have been 0 star from others as well.  As the previous reviewer stated, this is ONLY for people who don't have a choice due to insurance restriction or some sort.Should had check the reviews before going over there to avoid wasting time and effort.

This is one of few options for people on cheap insurance or medi cal. I don't think anyone would voluntarily go here if they had a more expensive policy. I don't think the doctor is terrible in knowledge but he definitely can use some people skills. He seems like a nicer person when he has to do surgery on you and is charging the insurance many thousands of dollars. Otherwise, he makes you go back to his office many many times, i guess to make more money off the insurance.The office staff is sometime good or sometime bad. Expect to wait 45-120 mins after your appointment to see the dr for 5 mins.If you have money , go somewhere else... if you dont have money but alot of time to waste, well , at least the guy seems competent.

This doctor's office staff very, very unprofessional.  Theitr appys. are all screwed up!  I wonder if the doc knows or maybe he don't care since he has alot of patients.  However, there are plenty of good internists around and he;s not the only one.  Don't have to put up with his lousy staff.  Really unprofessional and with appota all messed up and also very hard to speak to someone in office.  Always answering service,

Dr. Chung is always late. Have patient waited for hours and just for less than 5 min. conversations with him. Not professional.

The room is small and no available seats to sit downWaited 39 minutes and Dr hasn't even arrived in office!

If you want to wait for over 2.5  hours in a far from neat nor clean waiting room only to be treated in a callous, dismissive and uncaring manner than this Doc is your ticket.  Encouraging my son-in-law to seek some medical attention for some of his issues led him to be refered to Chung Kwok Leung.  Sadly not only was there no open supportive communication nor treatment suggested but the office and examination rooms were dis orderly and unclean.Avoid this physician who must have skipped any classes where patient interaction was taught.Shame Shame Shame.... I wish there existed a minus star to click on.
