My family, friends and I go to her. She's straight forward and cares about her patients. I always take her advice.

Don't go to her Monterey park Clinic to do pep smear. The staffs are very dirty, they don't clean their hands and rub on the ultra sound metal stick and try put it into my vaginal to do ultra sound. It happened in around August 2021, the staff around 60, who use her hands to collect the money and then went into the exam room to get the ultra sound machine preparation. I saw she did not clean her hands and rub onto the metal bar that is going to stick into vaginal for ultra sound. Patients would get infection for sure. I think they want to get more business. They make patients to get infection and they need to go back to see the doctor. I heard the talking between that staff and the doctor. I think they are relatives.I don't recommend this dirty staffs and clinic.

Dr. Yu has truly been a life-saver to my aunt/godmother in her yearlong battle with an aggressive & extremely complex form of breast cancer. My aunt has been having Dr. Yu as her OB for years and she was just going to her regular annual check-up in Nov 2019. While she didn’t have any symptoms/pain, Dr. Yu’s “super sensitive clinical hands” discovered some abnormal dense mess around my aunt’s breast. Unfortunately, my aunt happened to have a very aggressive form (Her2+)/more complex form of breast cancer and it would have been a disaster and an even more difficult treatment journey if we didn’t discover it early. First I'd like to say she's a very knowledgeable doctor who knows what shes doing. She doesn't sugar coat anything and is very straight forward. But with that said I didn't like the fact that she required any type of procedure being done to be paid in full in advance. I had full covered insurance, and still required me to pay for everything upfront, which for someone who doesn't have $2000 laying around to pay for a procedure up front but really needs it done, yeah I didn't think that was cool. Nor to have to wait months to get reimbursed by the insurance I need my money and well, that's why I pay my insurance, so they can pay you...

I give her 5 stars. Dr Michelle Yu is very knowledgable and she knows her field very well. She speaks fast, gives you lots of information and she makes a lot of sense - a true doctor that not just speaks about the stats but she also provides you her view for your condition. She's genuine and real. Great experience. I moved out of San Gabriel Valley for over 15 years and the only doctor I would go back to see until today is Dr. Yu. I value her opinion. She's an amazing doctor.

Dr. Yu is a fantastic GYN. She is very educating and practical. She is straightforward about what she needs to do during the appointment and what you as a patient need to do going forward. I always feel comfortable and that I know what is going on during and after my appointments, and not confused by vague statements made by previous doctors I've seen. Dr. Yu also has a really good team of office staff who are very helpful as well. Wish this was my first GYN - would've saved me a lot of confusion and stress. Glad I found Dr. Yu - highly recommend.

Dr Michelle Yu and the staff is great! My first visit with the office a couple years ago was a positive experience and today reiterates why I like this office so much. When I scheduled my appointment, Dr Yu was available within the same week. I was given multiple options to fit my schedule and chose an 11am appointment. I called the day before to see if I could change the appointment time and the staff was more than accommodating. She let me know if I was to come in a little later it "would be packed" but if I came at 9am it's a little quieter. She set my expectations and I literally waited 2 minutes before I was called in to see the doctor. Dr Yu is extremely professional and explains everything in great detail. She speaks quickly but that means I get twice as much information in the time I get to see her. She is so knowledgeable, I feel like I am in the best care when I see her. She welcomes all questions and is really interested in why the patient is there to see her. She gets all the important information from the conversation and asks the appropriate questions so that she can do her job 100%

Dr.Michelle Yu is amazing! She's very thorough and knowledgeable. She answer all of my questions patiently and also called me personally to inform me of my test result.

Dr. Michelle Yu is a good doctor. Her demeanor is kind. Her action is soft. She is excellent doctor
