This hospital will let your family member die of Covid! The doctor admitted to not being capable of treating Covid. They will literally let your family member die just to get the money they receive from having a covid patient in their care. They don't even have the equipment necessary to treat covid and they will fight against the transfer of your family to a more suited hospital. My sister was in there for a month and they never called my family to update us on how my sister was doing. We had to constantly call and rarely got to speak to a doctor. They don't have a doctor on the floor to attend their patients. If they did this to my family, they have done this other families and they will do it to yours.

I'm long overdue with this review because I didn't have a yelp account. I was admitted at this hospital specifically in the telemetry unit because I was having chest pain. From the ER to the Unit and upon discharge it was smooth sailing. I recall a charge nurse name Neriza checking up on me and I had nurse Kristelle (Their names are unique so I remember visually). I also had Dr. Young who visited me while I was there and answered all my questions. They're all sweet individuals. Kristelle was having a rough morning because of my roommate, she wasn't the best patient. But my nurse kept it cool and was always there for me when I needed her. I was told by my nurse, I was being cleared for discharge and because of how happy and safe I felt, I ordered delivery of dominoes pizza for the unit! Thank you again and happy Holidays!

I really want to thank the staff of the ER on helping my mother over the weekend with her health issues. I also really want to thank the Security Guard Esteban on answering all my questions and being very attentive as soon as we arrived the the emergency room. . Very professional young man! Came back here and I got to see Dr Ted again!!! It's been a few years in the making and he is always so caring and kind. I love this place so much and it is such quality care here. Thank you all for providing the best community care. Forget Garfield, they are mean over there.

Rude, they don’t communicate with people like they should. My mother in-law was transferred to that hospital by another hospital and they put her with the COVID-19 patients without notifying the family members and didn’t give any information but that she was getting the 24 hr test because the rapid test was not reliable.My sister in law was notified this morning that her mother was with the COVID-19, because she didn’t have profe of vaccinations. Which they didn’t bother to ask the family members, if she had the Covid-19 vaccines. Which she got earlier this year. Now she has gotten worse due to not providing the needs she needed which weren’t COVID-19 related.

This place js helpful, great service and everyone starting from the start! Nurse Linda and Ted NP was very friendly and i am very happy to come here. I have to say even nurse Robert was so funny and a very nice guy. The people here and helpful and just made this a great experience especially since its my first ER visit ever.

came here tonight and i have to say it's always the best care. they take care of my family and kids so quick. the doctor Ted NP is very caring, quick and calm. nurse Gerry is also a sweet heart and this is just a good reminder to why this is my favorite hospital. This place is definitely worth the drive and make sure you see Ted the nurse practitioner and nurse Gerry. thank you all so much! this is my #1 choice, always.
