Nick Lee's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Lee has been a very good primary physician. I have been seeing him for almost 9 years with nothing but all compliment.   However, for the last 2 years, I am having an insurance problem with my dependent.  The worker Helen at the front desk will not call to verify her eligibility instead she wants me to call my insurance.  Clearly this is her job to call the insurance to verify that.  Not only I call and when I call back to her tell her what my insurance told me if she has a problem she needs to call and find out.  She said she did not have time to do that with a bad attitude and a loud voice.  End it up I spoke with another worker May.  She is much more professional to listen to me and work out the problem with me.

I am reaching out to the families who may have elderly family members who are a patient of Nick Lee. I urge you to please investigate the medicines they are prescribed. My mom had a lot of medicines before she passed, way too much. As I go through her belongings, I notice that all her medicines are from Tai On Pharmacy in Chinatown. My mom did not  drive so why are all of her medicines from a pharmacy 10 miles away when there are so many pharmacies within walking distinct to her home? I know my mom had told me that a "friend" takes her to see Nick Lee and she is paid commission on each visit. When my mom was hospitalized, we asked Nick Lee many questions  on her conditions and yet he seemed to be so clueless considering he was her PCP for many many years.

Very blessed to have a amazing primary physician.  Dr. Nick Lee has been my primary for 4 years, and has helped me thru some very hard times mentally as well as physically. He is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, professional, and patient.  That alone, is my main concerns when choosing the right Dr.Hope this helps! Especially in a community that is filled with Dr.'s, it's hard to find a good one.Btw:The office also had Botox options as well as skin care and weight loss treatments.

Dr. Lee is very experienced and professional! He is able to diagnose my conditions spot on every time without having me do multiple tests.  He is very honest and doesn't try to make me spend a lot of expensive medication either. My brother had an ear ache that his doctor couldn't help cure for two weeks.  It started bleeding and was so painful he was unable to sleep or function at work. I recommended that he go see Dr. Lee and right away Dr. Lee knew what type of infection it was and prescribed him the appropriate medication.  The ear infection went away within a couple days!

I am never coming back to this place. Besides the waiting for a hour after I had an appointment, when I was finally called to the back for my exam not only was there NOT A FEMALE assistant in the room during my exam DR. LEE was extremely rough with my lady parts! I left and went to work and about a hour later I was rushed to the er! From pains radiating from my lower stomach. Apparently DR. LEE irritated and made apparent that my appendix needs attention. *long sigh

Dr. Lee very quite. Old school. Long waits sometimes. Flexible.
