Absolutely atrocious service. How many times do I have to contact you to get my imaging results released from an MRI that was taken in may?  I keep getting told that my results will be released.

We had very comfortable visit and extremely good experience from the appointment setting till the end to get the test result. Thank you for all the front desk staff. They are very nice friendly helpful and considerate. Especially thanks to Yolanda she is the best person that we ever encountered in the medical offices. She is very helpful efficient and thoughtful. What a beautiful person with great personality. God bless her.

We also told them my mom entered emergency hospitals many many times and got three time MRI tests in the site located in 707 S Garfield ave Alhambra. All of them understood my moms special medical condition and need and allowed all kinds of tests for my mom without removing clothes. Then weclearly asked them to tell your MRI technician the situation but neither the assistant or the front desk woman took one second to inform. Theassistant obviously showed impatience and left without saying anythingthe front desk woman also took no action but let us leave after listening to my moms hospital experience and request and the MRItechnician never showed up from beginning to endWhat a horrible and inhumane service provided by this shit site in Monterey ParkCA

I had a MRI appointment the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The technician was very patient and fast.

Recently needed a CT scan and Garfield Imaging was on the Doctors list of nearby locations.  Yolonda was super helpful letting me know what I needed to send in and then working with my doctors office and insurance company  to get everything setup.    Called them on Wed of Thanksgiving week and was able to have an appointment on Tuesday  They even worked on Friday after Thanksgiving.  When I went in for the scan everyone in the front office was very nice and efficient.  The techs were great and explained everything.  I also like the online portal where I will be able to access reports and scans that seems like a great feature.  Hopefully I dont have to get more scans but if I do Ill get them at Garfield Imaging.

This place is wonderful.  The staff and technologists was tremendously kind courteous and knowledgeable.  Annie was the person that I worked with the most.  She was outstanding from scheduling my appointment till I left after my appointment completely satisfied.  I will definitely recommend Insight Imaging to all my friends and family and I will continuing them for all my future needs.Sophia SubayarSilcox

I have had least 50 MRIs over years In all type of machines THE MRI I had done here is the best quality clearest picture and the report according to NEURO DR right on.THE staff especially LINDA went out of their way to help me get correct RX and arrange MRI as I had 2 days before NEURO AppointmentTHIS short bore oval shaped MRI rocks THEY also have a 128 slice CAT Scan.THERE are 8 Insight Imaging centers I think in CA.Better the table of MRI detaches so they can roll one close the change room A Plus when crippled as I am In DOWNEY also is a monster 1.5 tesla open MRI which at 1.5 tesla are difficult to find THEY did least 6 sequences of a longer time in each sequence to get the quality of Images for meThanks Insight Team

After I was directed by my physician to obtain a CT Scan I tried three places. The hospital Alhambra MC was staffed by people who thought their rules were more important than medical care. When Pac Med Image got through jerking me around they offered me an appt. in two weeks. GIC had me in the next day and completed a day later. They put a hold on your personal computer access to your images but make them available when the Dr. has seen them on CD sooner if you prefer. The staff is excellent. Dont waste time GIC.
