Absolutely unacceptable to charge for COVID testing. Profiting off the pandemic is not how we solve this!

Myself, my husband and my three children (10, 9 and 6 years) all had to be tested for international travel for my husbands work. We had accidentally picked and paid for the wrong test online but they helped us fix our own mistake. They were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the different countries and their requirements. They tested us in the car and made the kids laugh. Because of travel they have test almost a dozen times and this has been the best experience we have had. Highly recommended! Next time we need testing in this area we will return here.

Not trustable lab. I called in advance to make sure about the date/time of my PCR test and received the information that doing the collection on Friday early morning would be safe to get the result before my flight on Sunday 1:00pm. What happened later was that I never received my result before my flight, I called many times and never got any response from them, sent emails and they never replied. My collection was Friday around 8:40am and I received the result on Monday late at night. For my surprise, the time of collection on it shows as 3:30pm approx. I had to do another PCR at SFO airport to be able to fly and almost lost the flight. This lab is very smart to charge but after that you need to be lucky to get the service! Never more!!!!

There are many labs in the Montery peninsula but there is only ARC Labsthat deserves an exceptional high ratingfor its cleanliness, timely efficient staff which is quite professional yet compassionate and friendly.Was extremely impressed with senior phlebotomist Kelly L. who made it absolutely painless and stress free!

Great experience! Signing up online was easy. The person who answered the phone was quick and helpful. The person who did the test was super pleasant and did a fantastic job. Then I got my results right away.

Trusted test site. All the staff is professional and friendly. Great customer service. Spencer is awesome.

I needed the travel PCR test for flying internationally, so I set that up. I was informed that it'll take 2-3 days for results, and my appointment was on Thursday. On Saturday morning, I wasn't sure if I'd get my results in time, and David and Erika were super helpful in getting me in for the rapid test and giving me the results quickly before they closed at noon on Saturday. It was really stressful, but they were extremely professional and helped get the situation sorted. Thank you!!

ARCpoint Labs of Monterey Bay deserves a five-star rating.  We had to make multiple appointment changes due to the conflicting information from the hospital and were worried the test would not arrive in time for clearance for the surgery, but the staff at ARCpoint was so helpful, patient and courteous.  We were so grateful to both ARCpoint and US Biotek for getting the test results to the hospital and the patient within 30 hours of taking the test, and eased the stress of not knowing if the surgery would be cancelled if the results did not arrive by noon the day before surgery.   Knowing that we are supporting a local family-run business is a definite bonus.

My whole family got tested here and I cannot thank the staff enough for how caring and nice they were. Not to mention how smooth and quick they made the process! When my test came back positive they called to make sure I was ok and I truly love knowing I have health care workers like this in my community. Big shout out to this team!! To anyone considering going here, this is your sign!
