What a strong, smart, kind, powerful team. These ladies rock; they somehow managed to make a mammogram the best part of my day. Thank you for your great work! I am so grateful for you all.

Trying to find this place was beyond anyone's patience. There's no signage to building "C". Even when finally finding someone who knew where it was, your sign still doesn't have "C" building on it. Then I find only parking decks which are not tall enough for my vehicle.

I recently had a bone density exam done at Carol Hatton. When I went to my OB/GYN to have the results interpreted, she told me that the "new equipment" at Carol Hatton only measures one hip. I asked her if that means that the density in one hip generally reflects the density in the other, and she said "No, not at all." In other words, even if the hip that is measured is OK and the second hip is osteoporotic, the equipment at Carol Hatton won't pick that up the problem with the second hip. So if you are particularly concerned about density in the hip, you might want to consider seeking treatment elsewhere. Oh for the good old days, when equipment just measured both hips....

I was recently at Carol Hatton breast Center and I can’t begin to say how wonderful the staff is. From the time you walk in and tell you’re finished with your appointment they make you feel so good that whatever you have be at the mammogram or come back for test for other thingsThey are wonderful. You have to be a good person to work in a place like that and all of them are. I just want to thank them for their kindness with the experience that I had.

Had to do a trial run to figure out how Building C fits into the Montage main campus and got royally lost. Basically, it doesn't, and the signage, if you are lucky enough to find #2 RAGSDALE DRIVE instead of getting lost there, is less than helpful to get you to Carol Hatton by following the little roundabout into the drive-through parking garage. This should be easy enough to fix, without staff having to send directions before appountments. That sign need s to say Carol Hatton, in LARGE letters, rather the tiny lettering to indicate what this is. The new facility is a treat, but the waiting room for us women, anxious, should be better heated. Best to all, Barbara Darrah

Beautiful new center, comforting environment. All staff and radiologist were welcoming, competent and very kind. My only complaint is trying to find the correct building. There is very POOR signage, if any. I was even misdirected by a parking lot security person. To make matters more confusing, the building is mislabeled on Goggle maps satellite view. It shows the breast center as being in Bldg B instead of Bldg C. Management needs to contact Goggle to correct this. I believe there should be a very clear sign at the Bldg A turnoff from Ragsdale to keep going up the hill to Bldg C for the breast center.

I needed a diagnostic evaluation after a lump was discovered in my breast. The team here was incredible, the scheduling department fit me in the same day (preventing a 3 week wait), the mammogram tech was kind, informative and all around a delightful person, and the doc thoroughly reviewed and diagnosed me. This was my first mammogram and the team did their utmost to make me comfortable and informed. Their facility is really state of the art, too! The contributions of Carol Hatton made breast health an accessible priority, and the team did a fabulous job designing the place (minus signage on finding the place but blame Montage for that). I don’t know who Carol was but she really started something incredible here. 🙏🏼

They refuse to make an appointment for you without a referral. This policy discourages and delays mammograms. Do they think we're too idiotic to know if and when we need our mammogram? Do they think without a physician's approval we'll make appointments once a month because they are so much fun?I want to meet with the people who have created this policy. Do men experience the same issue when scheduling prostate diagnostic tests or do they just think women are idiots?

The Carol Hatton Breast Care Center saved my life. The entire staff went out of their way to help me during my breast cancer diagnosis at the very beginning of the pandemic. Dr. Leatherberry, their talented and compassionate radiologist, lovingly guided me through my steps to more testing and surgery. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and staff. Thank you all for your kindness. You have a great team of experienced nurses and staff. I appreciate each one of you. I’ll never forget you!

Staff make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Excellent service provider.
