Dr Michael was very attentive, listen to my issue with my hip and was very knowledgeable as to the next steps.

Dr. Meckel was on call for the urgent care center, my special needs sister was able to get in quickly, after a fall, and get an x-ray, her care started immediately. He explained everything that was going on with her knee, also an MRI was done 3 days later. In a week we have seen in home PT, OT, and all necessary equipment was ordered to enable her to still live independently. The office staff was exceptional and helpful. So grateful for the quick and caring decisions that were made to help her recovery.

Dr. Meckel is a great surgeon and a wonderful Doctor! He has performed 2 knee surgeries and a quad rupture repair for me. No one is better than Dr. Meckel. Also, his follow up visits are timely, focused and most helpful for recovery. He is simply the best.

Dr. Meckel took time to talk with me and thought that my progress is very good. We scheduled a three month follow-up on my progress. I would recommend everyone and have done so already to this wonderful surgeon, the best on the Monterey Peninsula.
