The x-ray technician who has been there for 30 years did something wonderful for my boy who is four years old: consulted with the radiologist on site to inquire if FOUR x-rays would suffice rather than 15 x-rays recommended by my child’s Doctor (Who is wonderful) in order to minimize the exposure of x-rays to my son (thank you).

I have been going to the Imaging Center for many years now and the staff is always great, the place always clean and the wait is never long. This is where I always prefer to go for my X-rays!

Montage billing is devious and dishonest BEWARE They bill hidden costs from their subcontracted help and do not enclose this info until you receive these mysterious invoices, then they're prompt to send to collection if you dispute charges. BEWARE

I was referred here for an x-ray. I called prior to arriving to make sure they had received paperwork from the surgeon. They had not but Patty said she would call and have them fax it over. By the time I drove there, they had received my paperwork. From the check-in process to the lady that took my x-rays, it was super easy and pleasant. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. Everyone was caring and sweet.

Checking in was easy. Registration was also easy. But then you have to wait. They ask you to come in 45 minutes prior to your appointment time. Why I don't know. I think this really stupid. This isn't a busy medical office. So you sit there and wait and wait. Well I waited for 1 hour And 45 minutes until I was seen. There were 5 other people that got there after I did that were seen before me. I thought they forgot about me.My exam went well and my technician was nice and professional. Answering all my questions.

The ultrasound was professional and thorough. However, CHOMP provided an estimate alleging Blue Cross had rendered approval for at least an 80% payment. However, Blue Cross denied all the charges and CHOMP sent me a bill for the entire amount AFTER telling me my responsibility would only be 20% at worst. They provided me with a fraudulent pre-authorization.The follow through by the billing dept has been negligent and irresponsible. Beware.
