Runs on time and ethical
I’m appalled at the low quality of customer service by the office manager. She tried to change my scheduled follow up appointment to a time in the afternoon that was not possible for me so we agreed on a morning time. That morning, I called to communicate that I was would be slightly late due to traffic and was told that it would be okay as there is a 15 minute grace period. When I arrived at the office I was immediately attacked by Kerry, who claimed to be the office manager, for being late and told me that I would now have to wait over 30 minutes as if it was my fault that she overbooked patients. She threw the fact that I wasn’t able to commit to an afternoon appointment in my face. Despite being unbelievable rude to me in front of the other employees she showed no remorse or embarrassment for her tone of voice and horrible attitude. After I told her that it’s not okay to talk to patients (or human beings in general) like that, she tried to tell me that I couldn’t leave. I left and later called to speak to the doctor but she continued being rude and simply told me that she told the doctor what happened and that I wanted to speak with him before hanging up on me. It’s unfortunate that her attitude and poor social skills are tarnishing the reputation of a good doctor and practice.
Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr’s receptionist told me, “ I’m annoyed of your call , you should go to a different office. When brought this to Dr. Larssen. He told me to go seal help somewhere else.
Terrible clinic , they cant communicate , worst receptions and manager l ever heard , arrogant attitude and rude manager , so l wonder how is the Dr. no need to go there , don't go there! Dont ! terrible management.
Dr. Larssen is a fine physician. in a routine checkup for a suspected vein) issue he did an ultra sound and discovered a blood clout. He could have saved my life. So 5 stars!! I had to take away a star for his failing to approve the refill prescription for a blood thinner, without providing an explanation to me our the pharmacy. Seemed so out of character for this fine doctor.
Bad and it just gets worse. If I had more information I would have never let this dr. touch me. His work area was dark and table was so uncomfortable you felt like you were going to fall off. So much paid and no not a moment of compassion. mostly the dr. stood back while the staff did the work. I got to go to a real good dr. who is trying to help me, not alot that can be done because of the poor choices the dr. made. Maybe he should just write books, he really does't care about his patients.
Worst dr. ever does not listen and makes up excuses for poor care. No one should go to him. He wrote a book and thinks very highly of himself. No compassion. His line is most patients, not concerned with the one he is taking care of. He should work on machines that have no need of being heard. You have been warned stay away.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
