After waiting months, this Dr. came in and asked who the patient was....me or my daughter....brought in a blank piece of paper....no folder ....no notes. Looked at our disk & said there's nothing so terribly wrong here....live with the pain.........goodbye. 5 minutes maximum. Have a good life. And out the door he went.
