After seeing Dr. Shaheen approximately two years with my problem intensifying weekly over that time he never once performed a blood draw to do a PSA test.The pain was so intense and nonstop also I could not use the bathroom at all I’ve been to the emergency room multiple times finally the emergency room told me my PSA number was almost 300 and I needed to see a urologist when I told them I’ve been seeing one they told me I needed to see a lawyer and have a biopsy of my prostate to check for cancer which they felt was very likely. Dr. Shaheen told me that the biopsy was unnecessary because he knew beyond any doubt that I didn’t have cancer . When I insisted on a biopsy he finally agreed to do it and he biopsied my prostate with no nerve block no local no Novocain nothing ,one of the more painful experiences of my life. It did turn out that my prostate cancer was seven on the Gleason scale advanced and aggressive . If you value your life I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

I have never been more blessed. This Doctor went out of his way to make sure I was informed and comfortable. As far as his staff, you won't find a better crew of wonderful people ready to help. It's bad enough she you have to address some of the medical issues with these people but they make it all worth being there. Keep up the great work everyone.

After 7 bouts with kidney stones, I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Shaheen. He correctly diagnosed the typed of stones, cleared the existing stones out, and has provided me a treatment plan that has kept me stone free for the past 6 years! I am blessed to have found such a compassionate & knowledgeable professional for my care. I also look forward to seeing his assistant, Bubbles, when I go in for my annual check ups. She is such an asset to his practice with her warmth and friendliness. I couldn't recommend them both more highly! - Pam Barnett

Nice doctor. Staff are okay. Diagnosis was good, but didn't offer many options. Didn't follow up. Still have health issues. Will seek a second opinion.

Excellent doctor. Most of the staff is outstanding. Always one staff member a bit cooler, but overall rating is tops. Very considerate, kind doctor who knows his stuff.
